Jennifer POV

“You girl” I continued to walk “Checkered shirt girl” I looked down at my top. I wore a black, blue and pink checkered shirt. “Turn”

I obliged.

“I’ve never seen you here before”

She had blond hair, tied in a high ponytail. Very pale skin and short. She wore a short skirt and a t-shirt.

“I’m new.”

The boy standing beside her walked to me. He was the one who winked at me on my first day at University. On impulse I stepped behind.

“Don’t walk away. I just wanna get to know you”

“I have class. Bye” I turned.

“Do you know where to go girl?”

“The labs” I headed in the opposite direction of the boy.

“Hey” He held my hand. I pulled mine away immediately. “Let’s go out”

“I have class”

“Sister” I was blocked of my path by the blonde girl “L. Joe is one of the most eligible men in the whole campus. Every girl has eyes on him but he has laid his eyes on you” She pointed at me. “Besides” She threw her tied hair that fell on her right shoulder behind. “Kim Sonsaengnim has enough girls wanting him. I can’t be bothered with another girl under his radar”

I sighed a laugh “Believe me sister” I stressed the ’sister’ “I have no interest in him. And I’m not under his radar”

I walked past her but was stopped yet again. I groaned in annoyance.

“Let’s go out then.”

“I think I’ll pass”

“OMG! You just didn’t reject L freaking Joe!” One girl gasped

“Oh I just did.” She stared at me. I turned to face the blonde boy. “Now, hands off me”

He smirked “I knew you were different.”

“But you’re no different” I smirked back.

But his hold on me tightened and I was feeling uncomfortable. I found it difficult to mask my sudden fright.

“Hands off her!”

Panda eyes broke his hold of me and pulled me away from them.

“What the hell are you doing here? The class is in the opposite direction!”

“I’m still new here. I don’t know the way back”

He halted and turned to me. I pouted at him, pushing my lower lip forward.

“Why didn’t you ask sonsaengnim?”

“And get killed by his fans?” I asked back.

“Good point” He pointed at me and gave me a thumbs up. “Here’s your bag. I packed it since you were getting late”

“Thanks”

“Don’t mention it.”

I smiled at him. Since he began walking, I followed him

“How did you find me?”

“I overheard that flirt talk about asking you out.”

“Thanks” I bumped shoulders with him.

He sighed “You really want to be friends with me?”

“I thought we already are friends” I faced him though I walked forward.

“Then” He halted and turned to me “What’s my name?” He raised his brow

“Well…………”

“I’m waiting for your answer buddy”

“I call you panda eyes” I smiled cheekily.

“You’re cute” He pinched my cheeks. “I’m Tao” He extended his hand “Huang ZiTao”
