Description
Kwon Bi Suri is an ordinary country girl who had spent her entire youth planning her future, dreaming of her ideal man and her desirable career in the city. To this day, Bisuri holds her dreams dearly to her heart as she is at her own personal forefront of success. She currently stands a perfect relationship with an older man named Bang Yongguk, and is entirely on track with getting a scholarship at one of the greatest universities in South Korea.
Just when she believes her life is falling directly into place, Bisuri’s grandfather becomes terminally ill. Before he breathes his last breath, he asks for his granddaughter to wed his first grandson, Jung Daehyun, promising her that the boy would bring her everlasting love and happiness.
However, judging by their previous visits and gatherings, Bisuri is adamant in believing her cousin Daehyun is utterly boring and heavily lacks in academic potential and outward fashion due to his shy and awkward nature.
Would the ambitious farm girl be able to escape her grandfather’s wish for the life that she has already chosen? Or will she be able to overlook Daehyun’s flaws and discover a greater depth to what her grandfather had promised?
