A friendly note to all current and future requesters:
I think a large factor of how a poster looks comes from the images you guys send to the poster shops. If the images are in low-quality or doesn't suit the essence of your fic (so to speak)~ a poster is bound to turn out less than spectacular. Sure it's the designer's job to make it work and look good but you also have to help up come up with the design. Just because a picture is pretty, that doesn't mean it's right for the poster you're asking for. :) So next time, compile a set of pictures first before you request. Think of what you want it to look like and if the image you have in mind would fit the theme you want. It'll help us loads, I assure you.

RULES FOR WHEN YOU REQUEST
1. Be courteous. When sending a request, don't forget to be cordial and nice. Otherwise, you'll be ignored.
2. One request at a time. So once you post a request, that will be your request until it's filled. Consequently, if you would like to cancel your request - just send me a PM or comment here.
3. Do not rush or hound me with details. Depending on your request, I will make them accordingly and appropriately. If the poster request you send me has a theme or pairing that is unknown, give me time to find good images first (assuming you don't leave me HQ pictures to use). You have the power to choose how the poster should feel like, however you do not have the pleasure of giving me a deadline or making me redo something I think is appropriate to your request. Make sure you have firmly decided on your characters and details before sending me the form.
In respect to this rule, the maximum amount of characters (assuming they are not from the same group) is 4. If your main characters are all from one group, I might be persuaded to include more than 4 people however if it is otherwise, you'll have to cut down.
There is NO REMAKE option once the requests are filled!
4. I have every right to reject your request... if it does not fit my rules and/or standards. Makes sure that your story link is viable when requesting because I will check and see if you are actually writing a fic. I will NOT be making any complicated manips or posters with hardcore M themes in the request.
5. Don't ever forget to credit my work. Just a simple "Graphics by Nikatsu" on your foreword is quite enough for me. (I check, so please do this.)
6. Taking only the requests fitted within my set time frame. Refer to the title for the dates you can request. If I've given no dates or there is no "CLOSED", it means that the shop is open for a long duration.
7. An email request form shall be used when requesting a poster. So I know you read the rules, write "QueenLina" when I ask for a password.
8. NOT ACCEPTING "M" or SLASH REQUESTS. Absolutely no negotiations.
