My name is Choi Sihyun. People know me more as TOP's little sister. And my brother does not know that I am in love with his co-member, Taeyang.
I know that some kind of bloody murder will happen when he finds out, because if there is anything my brother is like, he's extremely protective of me.
But one day, he did find out. And all I know is, I'm sorry, VIPs.
I may have inadvertently destroyed Big Bang. Huhu.
Foreword
I don't really expect anything from him. He was my one big crush, the guy who's super sensitive and super rooted in his faith, an awesome person on- and off-stage, and really, really, really nice.
I was drawn to him. Never mind that he's really cute. Or really y. Oh my gosh, did I just say that out loud???
So I don't ever expect that we'll be together, with my brother watching over me like a hawk and he...so in love with his first love, whoever she may be. I don't have the strength to compete with that. I shouldn't even try.
But apparently, when you have a big crush, even if you don't say it, things have their way of showing themselves, rearing its head, until you embarrass yourself. And that moment was now.
It dawned on me, with all horror, to realize that my little secret was not such a secret after all in YG, and even more so, the whole world.
I stared with shaking hands at the glowing screen of my laptop and the bold headline of the news article that seemed to mock me in all its Arial Bold glory. ‘Netizens Speculate Choi Sihyun’s Big Crush…is Taeyang?’
‘Aaaah! Aiiish!!’
I feel nauseated. Seriously, I feel bile forming in my mouth, threatening to bring my sorry to the bathroom adjacent to my hotel room.
‘He’s gonna kill him,’ I thought mournfully. ‘He’ll surely kill him!’
My phone, which was silently resting on the side table, suddenly beeped urgently. Then another beep. And another, until it gone on to full-blown singing -- to my brother's personal caller ring tone.
"Aren't you getting that?" Minzy raised an eyebrow. Bom-eonni, who was sitting on my bed, sighed. "She can't. I know who that is, and he's the idiot who's spending a crazy amount of effort texting her dozens of messages." I looked up at her, horrified.
Somebody's phone rings, and Bom swipes a finger on the screen. "Hello, Jiyong?"
"Yep, she's here. Why...omo, omo."
Her eyes widen as Bom stares at me in panic.
"What do you mean he's walked out on the Day 2 Concert??"
Based on TOP's (probably not) offhand comment on not introducing Big Bang to his little sister, if he ever had one. To update soon!
Hi everyone! I had been on an on-and-off hiatus for the past year which led me to put a pause on this story for a while. As I mentioned back in my A/N for Twelve Meters and Closer, this story had been written too long ago in my head that it's not going as it should be originally;
But then the plot is not going away (and is dancing to TOP's Doom Dada) in my head, so I decided to shorten, and finish it, to the best I can.
I'm still reviewing the next few chapters to come up on this to see if it still fits the theme of the story I originally put up, but hopefully (by this time) I'd be able to post up at least one chapter again every week and take it from there.
Again, to those who had looked out for this story, THANK YOU SO MUCH! I truly appreciate you guys! <3
