new day media is located in the east end of yongmun, seoul, sit in between a bakery run by a sweet old 79 year old grandmother and a shifty chinese place run by a thai family. when passing it on the street, people don't tend to think twice. and why would they? new day media isn't important. a small entertainment company that manages a few budding actors and is house to a somewhat unknown girl duo. new day media hasn't made their mark, and the way things are turning out, it looks like they never will.
the only hope to keep the company afloat and not in debt are the seven members of "project: apollo", new day media's group of male trainees. after gaining a small fanbase from posting videos online. the boys of apollo reached a peak in their pre-debut fame from posting a dance cover/parody of 'uptown funk' in august of 2015.
after reaching 900,000 views on the video, new day media announced that the boys once known as the new day trainees would be debuting under the group name "apollo" in september of 2015. the inital debut date was eventually pushed back to november due to new day media's ceo's personal family issues. after a somewhat bumpy road, apollo is finally ready to stand in the spotlight. not only are their dreams weighing down their shoulders, but new day media and it's ceo are depending on them to survive.
in a dog eat dog world, apollo can only pray that they'll live up to their name and become gods of music.
