A condition that leads to his heart's palpitation to reach over 160 beats per minute, which was totally abnormal for a human being but that won't happen unless he is too overwhelmed or does things that causes a sudden surge of adrenaline rush. He is fine as its not that life threatening. Yet.

He is a heart swooner, Everyone worships him in school. His bunch of friends goes up to 20 or maybe more than that. He himself isn't sure as he is always surrounded by people.
