Description

[Tao/Kris] Tao, who wakes up in a strange place not remembering anything including his own name, is given a chance to find out what happened before he lost his memories. It’s just that he didn’t expect what he was going to find and how he was going to deal with it.

Tao’s eyes widen, and he unknowingly stares at Kris, but the other is smirking at him instead, as if he’s not affected by the fact that his future wife since forever was and still is involved in a love affair with his half-brother.

“What kind of future do you think you have with Yifan?” Irene asks softly. “A future where the two of you can hold hands easily without anything standing on your path?”

They’re in a trance, stuck in a limbo of empty hopes and denials, smiling like they ever stood a chance.

Written for TAOBEI Fic Fest (will probably be slightly different in the future)

This is the third fic I’ve written which is inspired by one of my favorite Japanese comic Dream Kirakirado by Mizuto Aqua. I’ve been dwelling with this idea since, like, two years ago, yet I never had the courage to write it down. For roughly a year I forgot this idea, then one day I stumbled upon the fic fest, and I found the prompt (to whoever prompted it, ILYSM), and suddenly ba-bam, angsty TaoRis was made.

This was SO GOOD ;;;;; seriously, it was such a roller coaster of emotions. At the beginning I was like oh boy im seeing where this is going but at the same time i couldn't stop reading and although i knew how this was going to end i couldnt imagine that it would be so heartbreaking:((((( it was beautifully written, the characters felt so real and the way their relationship it's developed im--- anyways, thank you very much<3

Chapter 9: The ending was so sad. I honestly would have preferred them both dying rather than this. I felt sad that Tao got stuck in a loop and o realize too that given the opportunity I probably would have never want to go back to the past and change anything even if it was a sad past because those past make you who you are now. And I just wish things went the normal way with Tao and Kris even if it will end in a tragic way.

I am sad they never got to escape. I wish they actually was able t run away and the accident to not happen but life is what it is. We can't control it and we can't always have what we want.

Chapter 9: I don't know why but i felt sorry for Sehun here,some readers commented how they hate Sehun but his past was not the the nicest too →_→oh i've became an emo after reading this xD but i love how you 'tell' the story,it's daebakk *thumbs up* and i cried a river without me noticing it!!(｡ŏ_ŏ) this story is too beautiful~thank you author nim for creating this fic~~
