Eldama—a kingdom that was once standing proud and bountiful in harvest has been one of the lands that was affected by the mysterious climate change in Alfaran. The winter that has fell upon the region had forced the people to dwell inside the palace’s walls.

No one knows what lies beyond the thick snow layered forests and foggy icy mists in the valleys. But everyone had lost hope, and eventually forgotten the prophecy.

One day the Immortal King of Ybarra graced Eldama with his presence after years. Upon arriving in the palace, Ka’yen didn’t understand why he must sent away by the king as a price of participation of Eldama in finding the Heartfire child, the so called ‘hope’ to end the winter in Alfaran.

He’s just a menace, as they say.

“I’m King Luhan, but you may address me as Luhan. From now on you’ll be under my command until we found the Heartfire child.” Said the baby faced king whose blue eyes twinkle whenever he smiles.

“What is the Heartfire child?”

“I think he’s the one who’ll bring back the balance—by waking the Fire Wolf up.”

“And how do we know if he’s the Heartfire child?” Ka’yen asked, completely faking interest.

“He has to have the phoenix fire.”
