Does It Have To Be You?Jongin and Taemin walked up to the prison housing Jongin's father. Jongin's heart beating, he grasped Taemin's hand in an attempt to calm himself. He put a shaky hand on the door handle and opened it with slight hesitation. Taemin smiled and held his hand tight to send him silent encouragement. Once Jongin had asked the women at the front desk about seeing his father, they both took a seat in one of the chairs. They waited patiently for their names to be called.
"Jongin it's gonna be okay.", he said gently.
"I know. I just won't promise that I won't kill him.", he said.
"Promise me you won't try to hurt him?"
"No promises, but i'll try my best."
The two fell silent as they continued to wait for their names to be called. After a few more minutes, one officer finally came to get them, and led them to the room where they would be meeting. Jongin began to feel slightly nervous the closer they got to the room, about what. he didn't know, but he knew he just wanted to get this over with. God, why did he let Taemin talk him into this?
They enterered the brightly lit room and saw Jongin's father sitting behind the long grey desk. His hand clasped in front of him, he put on a huge smile when he saw it was his son.
"Hello my boy.", he said in a deep voice. "You look well since the last time I saw you."
"Yeah well you weren't there to mess it up.", he sneered. He felt a rib to his stomach and he immediately looked over to Taemin who gave him a look.
"Jongin. I cannot begin to say how sorry I am. To both of you. I know I wasn't the warmest father, but I did provide you with everything you needed right?", he sounded hopeful. "We had some good times as father and son right?
"Yeah, when I was little, when I didn't know what you were doing to innocent teenagers. Taking their youth away!", he shouted. "What the hell is wrong with you! Did you ever have any morals? Sick how someone can do what yo
