 2.  Subscibing is a mandatory (and you may unsubscribe after that) while upvoting is not a mandatory but very much loved.

 3.  Please comment after you submitted the request/apply form. This is to make us easier to know that you've requested. However, if you did submitted a request but you failed to comment, your request will be deliberated as cancelling your request. Don't bother asking if you found your request is not either in the pending list or status list.

 4.  Please do not transfer the karma straight away. Do wait until we say so.

 5.  Always be responsive to our messages. Failure to do this in 48 hours will lead your request as cancelled.
