“You want me to kill a mouse?” the demon questioned in disbelief. Jin nodded in response. The demon kept on looking at him like he was crazy, while he kept his best innocent face up.

“Fine,” the demon finally agreed, sounding like he didn't believe he was doing this. “Come here little mouse,” he called and the mouse obeyed, scurrying across the floor. A ball of darkness was shot from the demon's hand, hitting the mouse, turning it to dust.

“Thank you,” Jin thanked the demon, letting go of his legs and standing up next to the bed.

“Anything else?” the demon asked sarcastically.

“Do you like kimchi fried rice?” he asked in return.

So I accidentally started shipping NamJin with a burning passion (a long while ago). And then I accidentally started writing this fanfic (a not as long but still long while ago). For a while, it was just a side fic, something I just wrote when I didn't write on other projects, but now I think it's time to start publishing.

I got the idea from a tumblr post, that I can't find again. But it was about someone summoning a demon to kill a spider. It was brilliant and suddenly this thing sat in my head, wanting to be written. Also, I'm using several classifications, among them is Lanterne of Light's classification of demons (for those who are interested), but there will be deviations and inspiration taken from other texts and works of fiction, which will all be blended together in something that hopefully makes sense. I enjoy reading about various demons, but I don't do it a lot sadly. Demons are incredibly fascinating... :D
