This is called Yeo Seong ui Ddang (여성의 땅) also known as, The Land of Women.
This is the place where women are the rulers, where women make the rules, where women are rules itself.
Because here, only women have powers, and men were useless humans that were their toys and playthings.
Women's rights were all that mattered, and any men that crossed a woman's line would be thrown out of this land. Especially in love, if men were found to cheat on a woman, or were not completely loyal, they would be banished. IMMEDIATELY.
A woman can have up to three powers, which vary from individuals. A man can only be allowed to change from one girl, to another girl with the same or higher power than the previous.
This is because, if he has to let one girl get heartbrokened, it has to be the one with lesser powers.
If not, he would get thrown out of this land.
For the welfare of women in this land, a secret website that only women knew about was created. Catch-Unfaithful-Boyfriend.com (Aka CUB).
They gave services ranging from catching the boyfriends in their cheating act, or acting as seductresses to test out the boyfriend's loyalty.
The agents were pretty and capable, looked upon with admiration by many.
It was forbidden for agents to fall in love with the suspects.
But what happens when their top agent falls in love with her client's boyfriend?
Will she go with her love for him, or stick to professionalism?
Will he stick with his fate, or his love?

Age: 18
She is the TOP CUB agent, known to never fail in her missions. She hates guys who abandon their girlfriends, or cheat on them because she finds it revolting.
She owes part of her success to her intelligence and quick wits, but mostly, because of her stunning good looks. She is so beautiful that she could have won the beauty pageant if she entered.
The problem is this: Everyone would then know that she was the odd ball with no powers.
In this world where women at least had one power, three maximum, Lee Jaekyung had none. She tried to hide it from everyone, and the only people who knew were her f(x) buddies.
In order to fill the gap caused by the lack of powers, she works hard, trying to be the best agent CUB ever had.
She made sure to follow all the rules and be a role model.
What happens when one day, she finds herself going against the rules?

He had no choice but to go with it, but he wasn't going to back down. He wanted to live his life with a girl he loved, not some . So he decided to look for a woman with higher powers than his fiance, that he loves.
What happens when these actions cause his fiance to be unhappy and sends a CUB agent after him?
What happens when he realizes that after the tons of girls he met, the one that managed to make his heart skip a beat was that CUB agent?
What happens when neither of them can stop this forbidden love?
