My hopeless rambling as usual...

I can't resist it...ugh...i tried really hard(ok, maybe not that hard) but the feels them giving me, i could not deny.
A Weather Forecast fic! How cool is that. :p This story will be my fictionalized ver/interpretation of this long disbanded band's breakup n focused on the two members of the band(they debuted in 1993 with 3 members actually, before a member left and they kinda rebranded themselves n their music as 2member band, released 3rd album-which had their major hits had their final(5th) album together in 1999, before both members went their own ways and had continued their career as artiste/musician/songwriters). Even if it turns out far from the truth since who would know the truth but them anyway? (you can learn more of their music here) and i'm pretty darn sure I'm the first and only person to write of them...at least in aff, or maybe more. Which...isn't really a problem...i'm always proud to march to the beat of my own drums. The tone/theme might be fairly similar to one of my old fics(you can get preview of what to expect from there but i don't intend to make it the same, but hopefully packs more punch to the gut bcuz i still feel the previous one lacked a lil more heartbreak) mixed with this(in fact,i realized how quite similar one of the main characters here will be to that story's main protagonist). albeit unintentional. But the focus would be different, and there would probably be even less actions and more subdued emotions, and speaking of that...though the main characters are both male, i really intend for this to not be ...bromance maybe? Love that's deeper than friendship but not of amorous/romantic nature. I kinda failed with Floral Rain, but i'm pretty sure this time...i can do it...i can do it.../brainwashes self into believing it/...afterall, flatout love stories or friendships are not that challenging...n i'm always for a little challenge even if i always...and i mean always(ok almost always) write of the same topics/nature of stories...

I'm planning to put the focus on themes of insecurities, pride and regrets.

Story will be based/referenced on The Tale of Toad Prince(not to be mistaken with Frog Prince)...that waswill be created by....me. duh...with very-loose reference to frog prince since i don't know the frog prince story beyond what's mentioned in description n i don't intend to use that story anyway.
