Let me preface this by saying that I hate going out and I never should’ve agreed to accompany my friend tonight. Clubs embody pretty much everything I hate—loud noises? Check. Blindingly bright, strobing lights? Check. Clouds of smoke? Check. Unwanted advances from overly-intoxicated guys? Double check. No, I am not antisocial or anti-fun, I just prefer to enjoy these things in the comfort of a familiar environment, surrounded by people I know.
