Switching between the same 3 apps for hours and still not feeling guilty about it

Not speaking to anyone for days at a time and letting my inbox flood

Listening to the same song which I have been listening to for the past several years

Ignoring all the calls and messages and chill on my bed as if it's nothing, while having a deep conversation with myself with a bag of chips besides me.
