I choose the latter. My suggestion would be a handmade phonecase. It wouldn't be so pretty because Yong has a 'ddong' hand as she said herself yet it would be very meaningful because she pours all of her imagination and inside jokes in designing the phonecase. The gift will be easy to carry everywhere by Byul since hospital alerts are sent to the doctor's phone nowadays. So, when Byul is having a hard day at work, which is bound to be, she could look at the phonecase hehe.
