I'm confused too. I suppose it's a downfall to reading stories as they're being written versus binge reading completed one. In between the update gaps I sometimes forget details or start to get my various subscriptions mixed up. I thought Hana had miscarried the child with Sehun...right? So there's no possibility she could have still given birth for Sehun to raise their kid, right? Somehow I'm suspect. Like that Sehun's daughter is actually adopted or a neice or something.
