Question: How do you close graphics applications?

So I applied for a cover for my story, and I've received a pretty good one...but I have no idea how to accept it or anything. How do you mark the requests as filled, and how do you let the applicant know that you're taking their cover? Do you need to message them?

@soos It's not from a shop, so there aren't any rules given; hence why I was pretty confused :)

You'll have to pm the person. In order to mark your request as filled, you have to go to your stories then look for the one that you requested graphics for. Under that, you have to click on Request for Graphics. There should be something that says 'Mark Request as Filled' under where it says 'Update Request'. Once you do that, your request should be removed from the graphics request section.
