Choi Siwon is a fresh, out-of-the-oven medical school graduate with absolutely no love life whatsoever.  At his ten year high school reunion party, he finally gets to see his high school best friend, Song Qian, again. Over the years, after she moved away, they managed to stay in touch every so often over the internet. Now that they're offline and in person, things are a little different from what he imagined.  

The first year they meet, Donghae is held back a grade in high school and Victoria is the new transfer student. After they become friends, Victoria falls into a one sided love and is rejected. On the second year of their awkward friendship, Donghae and his family move away.
