  A romantic and kind of cheesy Taekey one-shot   I think I wrote this a while ago but it was never posted for some reason. So, I took it upon myself to edit and post it now to add some more Taekey content. 

Jonghyun is invited to Kibum's holiday party. Kibum has been worried since ages about Jonghyun's romantic life, so he wants to have lots of possibly good right partners on the party. Jonghyun wants to avoid it so he asks his best friend Jinki to pretend that he is his boyfriend.

[ main KeyTae / side JongKey - Angst, Introspective - Long-fiction ]  Kibum was in love with Jonghyun. He's suffering the most because of the absence of him. It happens that one night like many others Taemin decides to approach Kibum, but the things get worse between them. Kibum pushes away Taemin. He doesn't want to talk to him, he doesn't want to be with him, he doesn't to look at him. They fight. And, without even realize it, Kibum shows the worst side that harbors within himself. 

He seems to miss everyone's hints. 

Taemin wanted to be an adult. And in the picture of it there was no place for Kibum.

Guardians composed of Jonghyun, Kibum and Chanyeol are given a variety of tasks. They help both the bad and the good side. Most people interrogate and mentally beat them up to telling exactly what guys and others want to know.  

The story is based on this cute AU I found on tumblr “Author of book gets seated next to someone reading their book and making entertaining faces at each scene” I seriously can’t write a drabble so this has become a one-shot and I had to make a build up to the scene where they meet. Taemin is 28 years old. An author who became famous after his newest book became popular.

Taemin was not looking forward to being set up with someone he had never even met. He just wanted to get the night over with, and forget about it. But it would end up being a night he would probably never forget, for reasons both good and bad.

Lee Taemin had always wondered what was like outside of the orphanage doors. He had been hurt so many times in his life; especially when his best friend left the orphanage also. Did Taemin really want to leave? No. But he thought that maybe leaving your past will help you gain a bright future.  Choi Minho had always wanted his best friend to meet new people outside of the orphanage, but of course, Taemin rejected his offer. When Minho leaves the orphanage, he leaves a special note
