The Red Suite was known to the hotel employees as the Suite that anything could happen.From insignificant things like cheating spouses to even serious crimes like  murder.

Jennie Kim has inherited her parent's ski lodge and has to learn on the job how to keep it running, with no one to help but a first-time executive chef (Chaeyoung Park), a clueless prep cook (Jisoo Kim), and an assistant manager who's working as a maid until she can learn Korean (Lisa Manoban).  Working together, the four young women try to keep the Fire Lodge running in the face of everything a ski country winter can throw at them.  (And who knows - they might even find love in the process!)

Kris is the heir of his father‘s line of hotels. He creates a new gadget that enables visitors in the hotel to request for housekeeping for their room through it even when out of the hotel.
