Five-year-old Heejin and eighteen-year-old Heejin could agree on that no matter how much everything changes. or Hyunjin doesn't count how many paper cranes she makes in her lifetime, but she's pretty sure she has made enough for Heejin to make a wish.

Whether it's falling in love under dim yellow lights or blindly in the dark, it's always Hyunjin for Heejin.

Hyunjin becomes the hero of the day thanks to an awesome looking bruise and an origin story, that turns out to be a bit far-fetched. Or the one where Hyunjin tries to act cool, but Heejin knows better.

The war was at its peak when it arrived. In the middle of a heated discussion, the sound of the powerful, newly polished car engine caught the eye. At first, his presence was uncomfortable, as time went by, it started to become disconcerting and in the midst of jobs and armed conflicts, surrounded by internal conflicts, I found myself in love with the only person I could never have.

In which Hyunjin faces an unexpected twist and turn from her "arrangement" with her best friend, Heejin.

heejin thought she'd just silently yearn for her best friend until she got over her. that is, until cupid winds up in her bed offering to help her. except, heejin never counted on falling in love with cupid.    

Somewhere in a forgotten place of the world, lies a small village, home of not more than a hundred people. Town Valley. As plain as its name might sound as plain was the life in it too.
