ELABORATION so. let's begin with the positives because no one likes being dissed immediately off the bat, am I right? (yes) 

 

probably the first thing anyone would notice the moment masato walks into a room would be his confidence, because he practically oozes that stuff. no matter it be in the way he dresses, the way he presents himself, the way he talks or even just the way he walks, you can see the boy being so confident of what he has and what he knows he has. put him in an interview or a stage, and you'd find yourself fixated on him because of his stage presence. however, this confidence may sometimes be misinterpreted by others as arrogance, and masato is certainly haughty at times. sometimes, without him noticing, his stage personality carries over to real life and he can be a real in the pain. (real in the pain? real pain in the ) it's not to say that this haughtiness involves looking down on others or being overtly arrogant; it's more about masato being carried away in the adrenaline and high from the stage and just being overly proud of himself. but he does have his moments, and he's trying to keep that under control. as best as he could. 

 

masato is also caring, in his own way. while he doesn't show it in a way as straight-forward as others probably would like him to, masato does actually care for others deeply. he prefers to express his love through skinship or tough-love, where he nags or...not criticises, but is just more aggressive in showing his love. like a certain member of the shin family. he likes to see himself as a grandma figure, in some sense. uyeong doesn't approve though; he thinks masato is just rude and weird, which he probably really is. but that's the way he does things, and so masato does it. 

 

however, despite all of his dramatics, masato is actually quite sensible. he knows when to let the tap of confidence and sarcasm flow, and when to shut it off. having seen quite some of the world, he knows what to do in certain situations, knows what to say and what to do. that's why he's the charmer of the group, the one who's most diplomatic in situations and usually disaster control, even if 70% of the time he's the cause of that disaster. whoops. 

 

masato is also wise and observant, and as the oldest sibling of the family he has had to be the level-headed person within the group and dish out some well-meaning advice. while he may seem like an air-headed bastard most of the time, masato actually sees, and knows most things that goes on beneath the surface. he just doesn't let on he knows, and while he may try to help solve those problems, masato only does so if other people were happy enough to let him do it. and while he doesn't most of the time, when the situation calls for it, masato is ready to actually be an adult and help his teammates out about whatever they need help with. 

 

following up on that, not only is masato academically smart (as seen from his performance in school), he's also emotionally intelligent. sometimes he seems like he doesn't have a single braincell in his head, but masato, again, when the situation calls for it, can be mature (surprise surprise!) needless to say, I think it can be safe to say that he's definitely one of the smarter peeps in the group. 

 

but of course, similar to all of our gay-dgaf characters, masato is dramatic to a fault and his sarcasm has often got him into danger. though he can read situations and is quite good at that, sometimes masato goes too far and pisses off someone he shouldn't piss off, and has earned himself...probably more than his fair share of scoldings and punishments. his sarcasm also exasperates his teammates, especially uyeong, and many people would probably be itching to tape his mouth shut just for one day. (not to say that he's loud though; masato isn't the type to just randomly make noise, it's more of snide remarks slipped in here and there building up to a point of being unbearable) 

 

though masato is sensitive to others' emotions, he himself is quite sensitive as well. for how much he usually jokes around, you would've thought he has a high tolerance to that kind of stuff, but the fact remains he has quite the double standard for his expectations of others' emotional tolerance and his own. though thankfully he doesn't throw a big fuss when he's upset; more often than not he just locks himself away until he's feeling better. to that end, masato can also get insecure easily, especially if he's particularly attached to that person. he's the type of person that needs reassurance and stability constantly when he's in a relationship, which his partner is glad to provide. 

 

okay, with all of that done let's move onto why he's a dramatic gay!

 

masato gets irritated easily, and it's known that he has a short temper. recently he's getting better at keeping that under control, but it has been known that his waking up on the wrong side of bed may very well lead to an eruption of his infamous temper. masato is also known for stewing and holding grudges; he doesn't express his temper in a conventional way, shouting and throwing things (he can't either, what with being a trainee and best behaviour etc etc), but it's more of passive-aggressiveness. he's the king of pettiness. 

 

masato is also king of stubbornness. normally he's fine with compromising with almost everything, since growing up with siblings made him understand the concept of sharing and his impatience makes him want to hurry the up and stop being hung up on whatever stupid argument you guys are still quarrelling over, but if he's in one of his moods, oh boy. thank god he's also stubborn on things he views important, especially on arguing over stuff that's also important to the rest of the team, like their debut dates and stuff. but yes, his stubbornness is something else to work on as well. 

 

BACKGROUND masato was born the older of a pair of twin brothers to his parents, older than his younger brother mahiro by ten minutes, though they often joke that mahiro is the older because he's obviously more mature. he was born in shanghai, but when he was about two his biological father was gone (to this day he still has no idea what the happened, his mom has no idea what the happened, it was suspected that his biological father was part of a mafia or something. either way, after that they just basically act like he's dead) so his mom decided to re-marry. being a professor in the japanese language at a university, she met yoshinaka who was guest lecturing at her university, and they married when masato was three and a half. shortly afterwards, at the age of around four-ish, their baby sister came along in sapporo, after the entire famiy decided to relocate to hokkaido. 

 

masato grew up fairly normally, having a mostly 'boring' childhood (his words). the family then moved back to tokyo from hokkaido, after his father having had a promotion in work and their mother thinking it was the best choice academically. and so mahiro and masato both went to a rather competitive international school, where people were equally hard-working. 

 

after the pair entered secondary school, it quickly became clear that the twins were as different from each other as day and light. whereas masato was loud, mahiro was quiet. masato was flamboyant and enjoyed attention, while mahiro is the type of person to prefer going off reading by himself. as they grew up, masato started expressing interest in modern dance and music, and his mother helped by enrolling him in such classes. his step-father expressed disapproval at his choice of interest, but didn't really stop him. 

 

being university professors, however, masato's parents (especially his step-dad) were keen for their son to have some degree of respectable education, which he told masato. and so, at the age of seventeen, when he was already established as his dance teacher's favourite pupil, and had already began performing with his friends, masato decided to go along with his father's wishes, and took a gap year in france to enroll in a university programme, hoping it would satisfy his father. it was there he actually matured, and thought maybe going to uni might be a better idea.

 

which lasted a whole brilliant week after he landed back in japan. when he was walking around in the streets of tokyo with his friends, masato was scouted by an sm agent, which became his stepping stone to the entertainment industry. 

 

LIKES 

❅ japanese food. he especially loves the seafood from his hometown, hokkaido, since it's the closest to sea and the freshest anyways. 

 

❅ desserts. especially something with loads of cream and fruit. which is probably in contrast to his personality, but his favourite dessert is strawberry shortcake.

 

❅ his favourite fruits are strawberries, peaches and grapes. this idiot only eats grapes without seeds because he's picky af. 

 

❅ favourite flower is sakura, because that's the national flower of japan.

 

❅ favourite season: autumn 

 

❅ having crosses in his accessories. he especially loves the long earrings that looks something like this: [1] [2]  

 

❅ plushies or just big fluffy toys. though his favourite animal is a cat, he loves puppy plushies. he's often seen in the dorm just curled up with a fluffy pillow/cushion/plushie. 

 

❅ he's possibly the biggest btob fanboy out there. it's no secret in the industry, and his teammates often joke how jineul is his 'ticket' to being up and close to btob. his favourite member is hyunsik. 

 

❅ ballads, and r&b music. thus why his favourite band is btob. he also loves jazzy music, so his favourite song from btob is 'blue moon'. 

 

❅ favourite colour is blue. especially all shades of light blue. 

 

❅ contemporary dance, both doing it and choreographing. he was squealing and fanboying so hard over winwin and ten's cover. 

 

❅ he loves shopping. masato often goes out to buy accessories during his free time, sometimes dragging one of the members along. 

 

❅ he loves his fans so much. in fansigns or fan-meets masato puts aside a stash of chocolate to give out to his fans, and takes special care of the foreign fans who may struggle in korean. 

 

❅ favourite food is hotpot. mainly because it's not much fuss. 

 

❅ he loves anime and manga. his favourites: owari no seraph (bias: hiiragi shinya), pandora hearts (bias: break) and bungou stray dogs (bias: yosano akiko) 

 

DISLIKES 

❅ flying/boarding an airplane. which is especially ironic seeing as how he's from an entirely different country. whenever the members go around travelling or do a world tour he always tells someone to knock him out before going on the plane. he dislikes the air turbulence and the smell of the airplane, and rubs scent under his nose to make it tolerable. and because he's so sleep-deprived anyways, masato just passes out on the plane. 

 

❅ waking up early 

 

❅ because the accessories he wears are often long and dangly they get caught up in his clothes. especially when he's dancing or exiting a vehicle. masato hates it when he gets tangled up. 

 

❅ cold drinks. he always drink hot stuff. 

 

❅ washing up. masato is usually in charge of the laundry in the dorm because he hates doing the dishes after dinner. 

 

❅ when people make fun of him. masato is sensitive to this kind of stuff. he smiles and puts up with most of what s say, but he'd been known to get upset when it gets too much. 

 

❅ when people criticse his korean. he may not be fluent in korean, but he can and will ing curse you out in four other languages. 

 

❅ spicy food. poor masato. poor poor poor masato. who had the bright idea of sending himself to korea again? dear god, i do wonder who. in all fairness though, his spice tolerance is improving. so there's that. 

 

❅ anyone criticising people he loves or people he admires. masato will shut you up immediately. 

 

❅ people meddling with his private space (his room). he has a meticulous filing system for whatever stuff he puts there. if you messes that up he'll be mad. 

 

❅ haters. he's not afraid to tell them to back off if anyone's harrasing any of them. 

 

❅ ice-cream. he hates cold foods and ice cream just makes him have brain-freeze. 

 

❅ he hates it when people don't respect his twin brother's privacy, and even threatened to sue the sasaengs who stalked mahiro. 

 

❅ he hates caps. don't know what the reason is, but masato flat out refuses to even let a cap touch his precious hair. 

 

HABITS 

❅ taking naps. masato is constantly sleep-deprived, and usually falls asleep in viva's waiting rooms. he claims he needs to recharge his energy because it's tiring to constantly be hyper. s claim he sleeps like a baby; nothing can wake him up unless one of the maknaes sit on him. and even when he wakes up he needs like five minutes to grasp his surroundings. the irritation usually settles in five minutes afterwards 

 

❅ instead of going around the dorm barefoot, masato always wears plastic slippers because he claims the members can be disgusting. he's only ever barefoot when he showers and goes to sleep. the slippers are pink in colour with white lining. 

 

❅ he likes to put on jazzy/r&b music when he's showering, and usually sings in the shower. this irritates the members and he had been told to shut up on more than a few occasions. 

 

❅ he fidgets a lot with his accessories when he's nervous. not that he's usually nervous, but masato tends to rub his ring or adjusts his earrings when he gets nervous. 

 

❅ morning habits: 10 mins snoozing his alarm, 10 mins taking care of his hygiene in the toilet, 5 mins brushing his teeth + washing his face, 15 mins skincare routine (incl. hair), 10 mins changing. and therefore he needs to be the first person being woken up because he spends literally an eternity getting ready 

 

❅ he is always nibbling on something. masato always carries some kind of snack in his bag and he eats when he's bored. he's often seen just chewing on nuts or dried fruit on backstage interviews, or in the dorms. 

 

❅ rubbing his nose after delivering a particularly sassy comeback 

 

❅ he plays the foreigner card for more times than he should. (you know, the 'i'm a foreigner i can't korean' card) 

 

❅ known for his loud greetings. usually he's pretty normal backstage but when he gets excited you can't really stop him. 

 

❅ correcting s' mispronounciations. sometimes he does these absent-mindedly, which can irritate people. 

 

❅ tackles the nct maknaes whenever he sees them. 

 

❅ promoting his sister more than he should. 

 

❅ taking selcas. he's the selca king of viva. 

 

❅ he also paces when he's nervous. this usually affects s, who often tells him to stop after a while because they were getting nervous.

❅ girl group dance expert here. he's known for being the crazy one who practices girl group dances while the rest of viva are on their dance breaks, kind of like tai. aside from blackpink, e2w and 2ne1's dances, he's also fluent in sm girl group dances. 

 

❅ masato is naturally gifted in the language department. 

 

❅ flexibility; years of training in dance made him develop it well. 

 

❅ crossdressing and just generally acting girly. 

 

TRIVIA 

❅ contrary to popular belief, this boy actually can't cook. s often about it, but the one time he did attempt he nearly killed poor uyeong with the state of the kitchen afterwards. 

 

❅ his clothing colour palette has two drastic sides; it's either black all the goddamn way so he looks like a serial killer, or it's all pastel and fluffy. it really depends on his mood that particular day. 

 

❅ he has a fledgling interest in photography, and his instagram feed is very asthetic. so he takes photos like these: [1] [2] people are often surprised by this because judging by his personality they would've thought he preferred 'louder' photos, but he says his instagram is a place for him to seek refuge, and so he likes to make it very calming.  

 

❅ he laughs with his whole body. masato has a habit of just rolling round on the floor if he gets too amused by something. sometimes he even slaps s' shoulders because he was laughing too hard. 

 

❅ he still misses the wayv members, whom he had trained with in sm before they debuted. when asked who his best friend in the industry is, he usually answers winwin. 

 

❅ when asked when his happiest moment post-debut was, he answered 'when i met btob sunbae-nim backstage after a performance. hyunsik sunbae-nim was really friendly and i was touched especially when he heard us practicing and warming up, and tried to give us pointers on how to project our voices' 

 

❅ on the rare occasion he's one of the first ones awake, masato likes to jump around with his plastic slippers to annoy the out of everyone to wake them up.

 

❅ when asked his ideal type: 'someone who can take good care of me. someone who knows how to cook and is good with small animals.' he conveniently leaves out the gender of his ideal type because boy is g a y  

 

❅ boy gets motion-sickness super easily. so he hates 1) the sea 2) the skies and especially 3) roller-coasters 

 

❅ he has extremely high metabolism. s hate him because he doesn't need to diet nor work out particularly hard since all of the weight from his eating habits just disappear naturally. 

 

❅ masato gets sick very easily. it's usually not something serious, but he once had five fevers in a year and got hospitalised at the same time. that's why he does dancing because it helps him get stronger. 

 

❅ he's known for doing non-scheduled instagram lives, and often gets told off for doing spontaneous stuff. usually it involves him talking about his accessories or promoting his sister until another member elbows him out of the way. 

 

❅ there was a ridiculous rumour floating around the internet for sometime about how he does squats to further his image of being a 'power bottom' (idk who spread this or how but this was a thing) and masato, luckily, thought it was funny. 

 

❅ trust me when i say he will jump at any chance to crossdress. 

 

❅ whenever he's free (and not falling asleep) he likes to go through the deep dark hole of the internet and search up viva fanfics, and cackles over them because everyone seems to ship him with everyone. masato sometimes reads them out loud on instagram lives, and there has been a joke in the fandom; if you've written viva fanfiction, chances are masato has read and knows about it. 

 

❅ he needs his own privacy. it's not so bad to the point that he can't share a room with someone else, but he does need to be left alone sometimes. so masato is especially afraid of baekhyun (because he shared some stories about him showering with other members of exo and super-m) and offered the nct members his condolences. 

 

❅ the member who has dirt on all of the members but never has anything exposed about himself. 

 

❅ tends to hog cameras wherever he goes. 

 

❅ people often joke masato has no image...it's true. his sm hyungs already knocked the nice trainee side of him out and only his sass is left. still not as bad as super junior and his idols, btob, though.

❅ funnily enough, he's actually the first one to leave any dance practice room. mainly because he's always tired, since he's usually the one working his off during actual practice time.

❅masato loves his younger half-sister to bits, but won't admit that it was partially because of him that she decided to join the entertainment industry. having already established himself as a sm trainee, masato advised mahiru to go back to china instead, so she could be more independent. at first, she objected and went over to starship, but after starship offered an exchange program with yuehua she went over to yuehua instead. anyways, she's now a promising trainee soon to debut and honestly, masato is so proud of her. ❅

❅ masato has had a rather strained relationship with his step-father ever since he remembers. a university professor, yoshinaka disapproves of his children having fantastical dreams like entering the entertainment industry, and discouraged masato from becoming an idol. of course, with his stubborn nature masato just went ahead anyways. mahiru being his daughter made it easier for her, and even though he didn't like the idea of her joining the entertainment industry (because it's sketchy and girls are especially vulnerable), he at least had a peace of heart when he heard she was going to korea. and nearly fainted when she transferred agencies again ❅  

 

- FRIENDS: NCT

❅ wong kunhang: masato's first friend at sm, really. back when he first entered sm, hendery was still a trainee. being one of the members of the sm foreigner line, masato quickly went over and introduced himself. to this day they're still close enough for hendery or masato to call the other and just chat about...stuff. 

 

❅ liu yangyang: even though yangyang entered sm earlier than masato, he didn't really care and basically adopted yangyang as well (despite him being a literal eleven months older than him) masato constantly teases yangyang for being spoiled since he's an only child. 

 

❅ osaki shotaro: masato's other baby from nct. (idk when shotaro entered sm but he probably would've been there since 2017) because yuta is constantly busy anyways, masato brought it onto himself to take personal care of shotaro, though they only had one year's difference. he was really upset when masato decided to change agencies.

❅ kitamura renée: masato's former classmate who's currently studying at a university in france now. half-japanese half-french, she was the one who dragged him along to the exchange program which was meant to satisfy his father's wishes.

❅ dan uyeong: let's just say uyeong isn't altogether ecstatic at the idea of having another one of those sarcastic kids under his roof and he tries his best to steer clear of masato. masato, while he understands the need to be civilised and on his best behaviour, wouldn't miss up on any chance to poke fun at his leader-nim. some of the members will have to act as mediator between the two though, and in cases like these, ethan will step in and be the mature chaperone if needed. probably the only way uyeong can make masato sit still is if he bribes him with desserts. 

 

- COLLEAGUES: C2C

❅ lee yunso: not familiar with each other, though yunso is acquainted with his problems through uyeong and offers his sympathies. he made hyunwook promise that he'll speak to masato to make life easier for uyeong and...well, you know hyunnie. sometimes things 'conveniently' slips his mind and he doesn't recollect anything he doesn't want to 

 

❅ hong taejoon: taejoon is friends with everyone. and so he's friends with masato. though honestly hyunwook is enough sarcasm in one group, so unless taejoon is in a good mood he...probably wouldn't approach masato willingly? but taejoon actually used to take care of masato when he was still a baby trainee since he kept being picked on by the others. though masato claimed he didn't need help, taejoon was ultimately the one who sent hyunwook to basically adopt masato.  

 

❅ shin hyunwook: if you value your sanity you'll probably segregate those two or at least make sure you aren't there when they hang out together. masato makes all sorts of excuses to see hyunwook, ranging from 'i need advice on my rap' to 'hyunnie-hyung is bored, he told me so!' and whenever they're together it's just, mentally exhausting. mainly because they like to big-brain everyone and they share so. many. inside. jokes. so just, don't. 

 

❅ hirai fuyumi: masato probably doesn't see fuyumi as his sunbae/senpai, and fyumi doesn't really mind because masato acts like he's older than everyone anyways. anyways, masato is part of the protect-yumi-squad in yg, which is the official name for the japanese squad in yg, consisting of yumi, hana, hyunnie and probably a few others in empire/viva. he couldn't really do much to protect yumi from the grappling and meddlesome hands of yg, but he can definitely help mouth people off if anyone even dares to bully him. especially if anyone calls him weak in viva. 

 

❅ jung jaeshik: not that familiar with him either. 

 

❅ tai: for some inexplicable reason, tai had zeroed in to masato as being one of his default hug cushions/whatever you call them. while masato doesn't mind the attention, sometimes he gets tired of an overly hyper maknae hanging on to him, and just pats him on the head nicely. when they're serious though, tai and masato sometimes do freestyle choreo together. otherwise, masato sometimes help take care of c2c's maknae by absent-mindedly feeding him grapes whenever he clings to him.

❅ choi aerin: the only interaction he had with her was that one time he told her he felt insecure being next to her because of her height, which she laughed off. otherwise, they don't communicate with each other

❅ kuroda hana: as chairlady of the protect-yumi-squad in yg, they definitely had brushed shoulders more than once. masato had more than once joked that hana is his mom while hyunnie is his dad, which he received two whacks over the head for. anyways, hana had basically adopted masato as one of her ducklings, but unlike hyunwook, she keeps a careful check on his tongue. 

 

❅ song kiseul: one of the rare members of the female species that masato appreciates (for her beauty). she also found it funny that he has the nickname of 'butterfly', since that's her favourite animal. 

 

❅ shin jinheo: masato somehow mysteriously 'disappears' when she's around. so they don't know each other. besides, one maknae is enough for him, thank you.

❅ shin jineul: they sometimes dance together and masato looks up to jineul as his dance inspiration. also his ticket to btob, but mostly as a dance mentor. and yes, he thinks jineul is cute too. ('y'all seriously need to STOP thirsting over my cousin' - Hyunnie, probably) 

 

❅ song yide: it probably wouldn't have surprised you that they're practically best friends. and i do mean best of friends. the moment masato found out someone in this damned agency is fluent in french he practically attaches himself to her. it took some time before he figured out she can't be won over or get along on the same paces as he does to other people, but masato managed to find a chink in that armour and they're as close as ever. being so wise and sensible, masato also helps her when her self-destructive thoughts gets too loud. often a trip to the dancing rooms would help, or if not, he just rambles in french to get her attention. 

 

❅ lee haru: masato has heard of haru's name when he was still an sm trainee (since he only entered sm in 2017 and haru was already long gone then) but otherwise they don't know each other personally. since masato was a social butterfly in sm as well, chen and suho probably would've gotten notice of him, and he may have had made it his mission to keep an eye out for masato as well.

❅ park daehwan: first and only interaction: 'oh we have the same birthday!' otherwise he and daehwan seems to have a mutual agreement to steer clear of each other. or at least, masato does. he found out pretty early in his life that people with the same personality as him isn't really a great choice for a friend. 

 

❅ gook minjin: masato feels awkward around her, especially since technically he's older than her, and finds it especially hard to call her 'noona'. needless to say he doesn't spend more time than necessary around her.

 

❅ gook minjae: masato doesn't really fare well with any sort of trauma apart from his own. he has an inkling that something deeper is going on with the twins, but keeps his thoughts to himself. anyways, masato has always gotten along better with older trainees, so he has excuses to not to be particularly close to the maknae line of empire.

TRAINING BACKGROUND masato was first scouted in tokyo while he was walking around with his friends by an sm agent, who thought he was good-looking. after he passed the audition with a dance display, he officially became a sm trainee and moved to korea. 

 

life in sm was hard. not only were there hundreds of different trainees to compete against, the lifestyle was also tough and masato missed his family. he found out quickly that to survive he needed friends, and so befriended the sm foreigner line. 2019 saw the debut of wayv and hendery, and no masato, though they entered the agency at around the same time. because he took it as a sign that he wasn't really suited under sm, masato ultimately left and transferred to yg. 

 

in yg masato quickly got attention for his looks (because apparently all yg artists are ugly in some way or another) and people also disliked him since he was a former sm trainee. because he was also a foreigner masato stood out painfully and got unwanted attention, and he was actually struggling to adapt for the first few months. once it got so out of hand the trainees only stopped when taejoon stood in and interfered, though masato quickly ran away because he didn't want to stand out even more. 

 

it was only after being announced that he would join viva's lineup that masato actually relaxed for a little, and let some of his sass back. nonetheless, now he makes sure to take extra care of the younger members of viva because he doesn't want them to suffer the same way as he did. especially the foreigners. some of his bullies did end up in viva too, and he makes sure to sass them extra hard.

'i mean in a sense i myself was originally from another entertainment company, so the competition had already started early.' *chuckles a little* 'it'll definitely bring in more colour into the team, for sure. but starship trainees (he uses the word 'kids' in korean again) are nice people (kids) so I'm not too worried.'

STAGENAME auguste (오귀스트) because frankly he was tired of people mispronouncing it and making fun of him for it. so auguste it is

 

STRENGTH dancing and variety. of course his dance is good, he's the main dancer of viva face. as for variety, he's good at making people laugh. his sass also rubs off the mc's. 

 

POSITION main dancer. he's confident enough in himself. but otherwise, he'll accept variety king. hopefully he's able to get a lead vocal role too ;w; 

 

PREFERRED CONCEPT he's a er for anything concept-themed so anything that's fantastical or involves a lot of angst. but otherwise, the deadly pretty-boy concepts like vixx's darker concepts (fantasy, chained up), bap's wake me up or anything involving murder.  

 

THOUGHTS ON YG he's surprised he was given a chance to debut so quickly, since he'd heard that yg artists generally...gets abandoned in the basement. not that he wasn't happy about that, of course. but post-debut, when he realises the management is lacking, masato finds it very irritating. he also hates yg for forcing yumi to diet when he obviously didn't need to. 

 

THOUGHTS ON STARSHIP the kids there are nice, and it's obvious that they were raised well since everyone was so nice to him. masato definitely prefers starship; he'd heard good things about them, and they treat foreigners well too. 

SUHYO'S COMMENTS okay so this is even before I started writing the app but can I just say can you Not keep taking the main dancers for each unit so that now I have to swap this ridiculously overpowered and overtalented kid to VIVA FACE because the main dancer plotline is taken in 606 ;w; 

 

okay i've finished most of him now so i can comment on other stuff. as you can see i didn't have a straight train of thought while writing him so his personality and trivia is probably all over the place. if you want me to take out his trauma or some of his talents i can do that since he might be just...again, ridiculously overpowered and packed full of emotions.
