Late night snacks that won't kill you

Have you ever bought unsweetend almond milk? and it tastes horrible well instead of letting it rot or throw it away instead mixed some honey clover that is under 80 calories i prefer kirklands 60 cal clover honey and organic unsweetened almond milk that is 40 calories. and boom you put the honey in to it depending how sweet you like it and mixed it well and boom 100 calories night snack that will fill you up since the almond milk is thick. the second sncaking is a special k bar that is 90 calories any flavor you like. 3. dice some apples both red and green, dragon fruit if you have some, cantelope, asian pears, a plum, and some grapes up, put it into a huge bowl that comes with a lid get some japanese roasted sesame seed salad dressing pour it into the bowl evenly then cover it in a lid and shake it like kris and sehun with a doshirak till everything is mixed well and if you have leftovers use it as breakfast lunch or dinner! 4.fruits are good to. 5. make a yogurt parfait with fruits cereals and granolas. so yeah those are my tips but i love the fruit salad and amond milk with clover honey the best i recomend you guys making those 2 so comment and tell me which one you did and which one you liked and disliked and DON'T FORGET TO EXCERCISE AT LEAST 30 MINS A DAY TO LOSE WEIGHT AND STOP EATING THOSE CARBS AND SWITCH TO HEALTHIER ONES!!!!!!!!!!!! SO YEAH BYE GUYS DON'T FORGET TO COMMENT AND TELL ME WHICH ONE WAS UR FAVORTE.

I like the sound of that almond milk and honey ^_^
My problem is actually sticking to that kind of healthy diet :') I love junk food too much
I'd need to train my tastes to healthier options especially now that I'm living by myself OTZ
