I'm trying to find a baekyeol story but it's nearly impossible. I can't remember the name just what it's about. If any of you can help me, I would be very grateful!!!!!

okay so basically it's starts with baekhyun getting lost or something and falling off a cliff or into a hole and he passes out. When he wakes up he's in a new world where the tree of life is dying and/or being attacked by a darkness thingy. Bacon meets chanyeol who treats him like at school but gets all jealous when any of the other members treats him nicely(all the time). At the end they realize bacon is chanyeol lost lover that was reincarnated into the human world and that's all I remember.
