Okay, so I'm gonna be shipped off to university in about 2 days, and I think I've come across a critical point. Considering the place I'm going to is very conserved and narrow-minded, is there any way for me to surf the net, especially AFF, incognito? My campus provides wifi 24-7, however we need to use our student id to log in. This means they can keep track of all the sites I visit and that's kind of dangerous for me... I mean, I need internet connection to post and read stories, and I don't know exactly if this site is considered 'safe'. Strictly speaking of course AFF is not a site, but it does contain a lot of rated stuff and the ever-occuring s (okay I admit I do read a lot of rated stuff xD) and they might not agree with the authorities... Thus comes my headache... I'm afraid if I log in here with my student wifi and this site translates as a restricted site for my university (remember they're really conserved and all?), I might get caught or something... Lols I feel like I'm worrying over nothing but it's real and I really need some good advice or I might not be able to show myself here for the next 4 years... ㅠㅠ

How exactly can I prevent the university from tracking the sites I visit if I can only use the internet with my student id?
