Okay so messed up might be a little too harsh.

To say it truthfully, the new version of Asianfanfics is not that bad. There are a blue and green theme this time (I still opted for green; green is AFF color no matter what - your argument is invalid - blue is that other fanfiction site color, Fanfic Overflow or smthin). The features on the home page are still the same, so it doesn't confuse me that much.

So why do I have to write a blog about this?

First of all, don't you hate how it's getting heard to distinguish each new featured story now?! I skipped a story or two because it's all white, no usual pretty yellow boxes seperating it from other stories. Then the story description isn't displayed that long either. It's annoying.

This one might not be serious and it's more of a preference; but I hate the new font.

Moving on to the tags! The tags isn't colored anymore. I had a hard time trying to look at it. Idk about you, but one thing I like about Asianfanfics is how neat it is. You can easily choose which stories you want to read just by one glance. But now, I have to read closely to see what tags are there.

AND WHAT ABOUT THE ADORABLE ORANGE COMPLETED OR SUBSCRIBER ONLY ALERT THAT USED TO BE FLOATING NEXT TO THE STORY TITLE?!
Most of the fanfics I read are the ones that are completed because I kind of hate having to wait for update (don't we all? lol) - I'm new to reading a certain pairing, so I start off from the old stories. As you all know there are loads of stories that are left hanging for a year or two already (meaning that the author may not want to continue it), so without that orange little notice of complete, it's hard to browse story quickly to put on my reading list.

I was dumb enough to believe Barney Stinson's rule of New is always better - I pressed the new version link and now I'm regretting it. A LOT.

I still have the old AFF on my phone (thank God for that!) and I'm trying my best to not click the new version link on the top. 

Idk if it's possible, can I get the old version back? :(
