Someone in a forum said this "The chat thread doesn't even have anything bad, just normal chitchat. It's not uncommon for idols to communicate with their fans on fansite pages and it's usually a 'privilege' given by fansites to their largest contributors/most active members who are in the upper tier memberships based on their point system. I don't think Taeyeon particularly favored FP, she's chatted with members of other sites too. It's also not uncommon for idols to befriend their fansite masters, especially of the more established/long running ones."
