They feel 'betrayed'. Okay.

 

So Baekhyun's scandal with Taeyeon had a lot of positive comments, but we can't neglect the fact that there are a lot of other people who feel like Baekhyun 'let them down' or even 'betrayed' them.

And now, pictures of him drinking when he was underage surfaced (this is a double hit for his reputation, sadly) and people are accusing Baekhyun of being 'not trustworthy' and fans are now doubting the other exo members, seeing that Baekhyun has hidden things from the population.

 

Okay, so 1) they don't have to expose themselves to you people because you don't expose yourself to the world either. 2) we all have little secrets here and there that some people don't know about and it's okay! I just wished people would stop blaming people for falling in love, having a little fun and just being human. What's wrong with that?

Are they going to sue him for breathing then? It's ridiculous to hear that fans are leaving the fandom because of these two scandals and even thinking of returning their 'Singing Under The Rain' ticket for his musical. Though I'm more relieved that his fansites haven't shut down and some of his stans are still supporting him (not like what happened to poor L ;-;).

 

I hope Baekhyun's reputation will recover quickly from all this.

Let's support them and show the exo fandom is not all about being biased by boys, but supporting them and putting them back up on their two feet when they fall.

As soon as I heard of the two dating my first thought was that the fandom was gonna tear them to shreds. It's sad that the most extreme fans are so fickle and disloyal, threatening to leave the fandom at the bat of an eyelash. Leave then you immature children, exo doesn't need you, they have plenty of true supporters. So the kid's dating someone, get over it. Like baekhyun is gonna care about how much this affected you. It's his life.
I do agree that perhaps now wasn't the best time to announce this with the whole Kris thing going on, but it's not like he had any control over what happened. They stalked him and took photos and cornered them both into confessing, how could he wait to break the news? He'd look like a pathetic liar if they didn't admit it quickly.

That's exactly what I said! What's so wrong with Baekhyun being HUMAN? What's so wrong about a few secrets that surfaced? Nothing. And I just wish some people weren't so sensitive towards Exo these days. "They're still young and new they shouldn't have so many issues" the fact that they're still fairly new makes them incapabe of being human to have these issues? Idk I don't get it. Sometimes I question what kind of fandom I'm in lol tbvh. And I don't wanna question this fandom but really, why does our support rely on their actions so much? Ugh sorry I needed to get that out. But thank you for having your head screwed on a good set of shoulders lol

Well, I didn't know about this until today :O
I'm still trying to digest this. But then I figured Baekhyun dating Taeyeon would be better than Baekhyun dating another idol from a separate company. If they call it quits, things should be less awkward. I actually don't find the idea very "disappointing" as they say. At least nobody left EXO this time.. Kris' departure was a bigger blow, to be honest.
I'm happy that Taeyeon, Yoona and Sooyoung are finally in a relationship! Who's next in SNSD?

you just took the words right out of my mouth! People are getting so emotionally affected by this whole Baekhyun and Taeyeon dating scandal. People's lives shouldn't revolve around idols/stars/bands etc who don't even know they exist and the fact that some people are feeling bretrayed and let down? Come on, you don't own EXO and you certainly cannot control their actions. They are human beings and are entitled to experience what any normal 21 year old would be experiencing. Ugh this just frustrates me so much. I thought fans were supposed to support their artists, not bash them and take the easy way out.
