Its fine with me, although I find it weird. How the heck do males get pregnant?! Fine, maybe, just maybe its possible. Anyways its the authors xhoice and Im fine with it. So yeah
I know mpreg is impossible, but for those who say 'it's not possible' well there are many authors who can actually make it work and realistic. In the Harry Potter fandom since it's a magical world, mpreg tends to happen through potions or some sort of magic so how it happens depends on the universe I think. It's really up to the author's imagination and what he/she can do since there are so many things you can do mpreg.
But to answer the question I'm not bothered by it in the slightest :) I can read it.
For starters, men can't get pregnant in real life, so it is really up to the author to decide in what circumstance can a man get pregnant, and this is part of the charm.
