About The Company
ST Entertainment is a company which aims to be the best that it can possibly be. We want our idols not only to succeed, but also to be happy and healthy, and to feel properly appreciated within the company. All idols and trainees will be able to properly work out their contracts and schedules with the CEO of the company; this is so that the contracts and schedules will suit their needs as well as the company's needs.
We, as a company would like to treat our idols as our friends and our family. We look out for each other and protect each other. There is no rule against dating because the happiness of our idols is very important to us. All we ask of them is that they inform the CEO of their relationship before announcing it to the public; this is simply so that the company is prepared to deal with the media and the fandom.
We are a company that is based on YouTube, meaning that we have a main channel where we will upload Music Videos and Teasers etc. and each idol and band will have their own YouTube channel where they can upload vlogs and other additional videos. We have a Facebook page and a Tumblr page where we will upload the latest news about the idols, fandoms and auditions.
As some will already know, YouTube pays people who gain over 100 subscribers on their channels. The money that out idols earn through their own YouTube channels, they are allowed to keep as payment for their hard work. The more popular they get, the more money they will earn for themselves. The money earned by the company YouTube channel will be used to fund the making of new songs and videos, as well as to supply merchandise which will be made available for fans to purchase.
Friendly Idol Policy
The Friendly Idol Policy is something that appears in every contract. The policy is put in place to ensure the safety and comfort of the idols and trainees that are under our label. The basic content of the policy is as follows:
The Friendly Idol Policy means that each idol and trainee will be able to negotiate the terms of their contracts and schedules to suit their needs and the needs of the company. No idol or trainee can be harmed emotionally or physically by any member of staff (there will be very serious consequences for any member of staff who goes against this part of the policy). All idols and trainees are entitled to a designated three weeks of holiday. All idols and trainees will have a suggested diet plan, which is optional. If an idol or trainee becomes over-tired, ill or injured in any way then they will be given the necessary amount of time to recover before continuing company activities.
