I have a question..?

What Kpop dance do you think is helpful for weight loss? :) I mean like something that i can do, nothing like One Shot or anything from Shinee hahaha. I know a little bit of No mercy, Before the Dawn, and On and On & rock your body. Dances like that :)

All of these are seriously cardio workouts, they really get your heart pumping! The top ones are the *'s , but they are all (honestly) an amazing workout! I recommend all of them!

I stumble upon this blog so yeah, why not I leave some suggestions. Lol. For me is SNSD- Genie, Wonder Girls- Like This and EXO- Growl (this one get me drench in sweat)

big star has some pretty crazy dances. they aret super complicated like shinee but theyre quite a workout (hot boy and run&run make me tired just watching the dance practices. theyre good ones though)

Why I'd recommend is to learn a simple but somewhat energetic dance. Once you've learnt all of the moves and can do it without thinking, try dancing to a speas up version. That way, the dance is still easy, but the athleticism is turned up even more that just learning a complicated dance!!!! This is what I'm doing!!!! :D (oh an btw I'm using 4minute's 'Whatcha Doing Today' dance! I hope this helps!!!! :D

I was gonna say sherlock, but then I saw the "anything from shinee", part. :b but anything that has a lot of movement across the stage. maybe something from miss a?
