May 18th is just around the corner!  As we all know, our beloved Youngbae usually asks us to not send gifts or spend any money on him for his birthday.  Instead, he rather we give to others that are less fortunate.  This year, my friends at AllThingsTaeyang, in collaboration with TaeyangMexico, TaedaddyPeru, PlanetYB, and TaeyangKoreanDream, are working together to gather donations for the Purme Foundation in honor of Taeyang's birthday. 

The Purme Foundation is a non-profit organization that is committed to helping people with disabilities get the treatment they need.  Their main focus is building rehabilitation facilities.  Currently, they are working on a project to build a hospital dedicated to children and youth with disabilities.  The Beautiful Children's Rehabilitation Hospital is located in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu and is slated to open late 2015.  By donating, we are helping the foundation create a precedence in rehabilitation medicine for children in Korea.

Please fund this great cause and help us make Taeyang's birthday a memorable one!  Even if you can only give $1 or $5, your generosity will go far to help others in need.  For those who are able to donate $5 or more, the team is giving away customized t-shirts to three fans!  So hurry up!  Deadline is May 11, 2014 to send in your support.
