My first plagiarizer. I'm a bit shocked.

Okay, so basically my story, You're My Vitamin about Min and Minhyuk after Reckless Family, was plagiarized by QriPinky with her "story" Second Chance Please? Reckless Family 2. Since it's the first time I've been copied, I'm not really sure what to do.

 

This story started 9 days ago, and only the forward has been put up. However, the forward is TOO similar to mine. The plot is TOO similar to mine. It's not even similar, it's practically the same. The starting picture, the character introductions, and even the pic spam was copied. Even though the words are different, the idea is too similar to be a coincidence. EVEN THE FONT IS SAME WHAT THE HELL.

 

What should I do? Since it's only the forward so far, should I wait until the first chapter has been put up before accusing him/her of plagiarism? I'm assuming the plagiarizer is currently copying my first chapter manually since it's can't be copy&pasted.

 

Or should I just do it now?

 

I guess I'm not as furious as most others are mainly because it's only the forward, but I'm definately a bit pissed and shocked. 

 

Even though I didn't say in the forward like "ABSOLUTELY NO PLAGIARIZING, COYPING, ETC BLAH BLAH BLAH," I seriously thought it was just a given and common sense. Like, what the heck ._.

 

So yeah.

 

What should I do?

i re-read it again, although she didnt copy per words, but the plot is similar
and her author's note is completely yours

that means, the story will go like your story
just report her .. no need to talk, the mod will decide it

her grammar is worse tho

i think you should wait for the first chapter
i experienced it myself, it was a bit tricky because my case, she didnt copy the exact thing .. but imitate the whole idea, and my writting style
i waited until chapter 4 or 5 .. and i was convinced that it was my story idea
so i gave her words, and she decided to delete it

now, im sure she copies the idea, since the foreword looks really similar .. but she can deny it later since its still only foreword
i think be patient, and gather more proof before you talk to her, or report her

i didnt even bothered reading her foreword bc i knew the story was yours.

Omg! I just realized this....yes, the story is very similar to your story....
I even subscribed to that story without realizing...

I'd wait it out for the first chapter. It'd seem a bit too upsetting if you falsely accused someone. i haven't read either story, so I wouldn't know, but if it seems gut right by the first chapter, report it.

I actually thought it when I saw it. What I suggest you do is just wait until the first chapter is up that way you can see whether it's truly plagiarized or not. If it is then you PM her; If she gives you a hard time then you report her; and if it isn't then you ask if she can redo her Description/Foreword because that obviously is plagiarized.
