Regarding the tag excluding feature which only works for non-rated section, I asked AFFHelper about it through PM. Unfortunately, it is a bit tasking but doable.

First, click the ‘tags’ button on top.

Fill the four boxes with whatever tag(s) you are searching (in this case I put ‘taeny’ and ‘’), then click the ‘rated-M’ box on the right side. You can also click the ‘complete’ box if you wish to read only completed ones.

Click ‘exclude tags’ and four more boxes will show up from underneath it. This time, fill it with the tag(s) you don’t want to include (I put only ‘genderbender’ there)

And finally, click 'filter’. The result will show up like this:

The downsides are:

#You can only see the amount of chapters. I know some picky readers who decide whether to give a shot on a story or not, based on like... Privacy options (I personally don’t bother with [Subs Only] fics) or the amount of comments or upvotes. Choosing a story to read from this filtering result will be pretty much like a blind pick.

#You can’t bookmark the result, you have to replay this action every time.

Annoying, yes. I still wish for permanent tag excluding feature like we have in non-rated section. But then again, I agree with GorJessSpazzer’s comment on my blog before this, genderbender rated is the WORST thing, so a little work with filtering will be worth it.
