Like I’ve stated in my previous blog about genderbender, it’s better to throughly ignore it. After all, ignorance is bliss. Don’t waste your breath bashing or trying to change a GB writer’s mind (that’s a lost cause), instead use the exclude tag tool.

First, you have to open the tag that you wish to be excluded.

http://www.asianfanfics.com/browse/tag/genderbender (you can replace the ‘genderbender’ part with any other tag, like ‘’, ‘fluff’, ‘mpreg’, etc)

Click on the ‘exclude this tag from your results’ (the one in red box)

And voila! The whole stories with that tag vanished!

So when you check ‘taeny’ tag (not only taeny, all other tags too), you won’t see any fic that has genderbender (unless it’s a mistyped-tag like ‘ganderbander’ and ‘genderBLENDER’ *LMAO*)

You can exclude multiple tags as well. Let’s say... You are here only for TaengSic, but it’s kinda tiring to see TaeNy being put everywhere in what-you-expect as TaengSic-centric stories, right? Then exclude the ‘taeny’ tag too. Disliking YulSic being put in between your TaengSic? Exclude ‘yulsic’ tag too. Just remember that those tags you’ve excluded will be excluded in every other tag.

And if you want to undo the exclude, just click on the ‘re-include tag in your results’ (the one in red box)

If you’ve known about this feature and already using it, then awesome ^^d This exclude tag is like the best thing ever in AFF. It saves my eyes from bleeding while coursing through ‘taeny’ tag.
