There are videos up on YouTube that show you how to do it. That's how I did it. But make sure to read the comments before you actually download it, because some may not work. ;))
I would like to give you a link, but since I have so many posts in my likes, it'd take me weeks to find it. A lot of resource blogs tend to have safe links.
One of the blogs I follow, itsphotoshop, will most likely have a link or solution for you.
Or if you're really skeptical about using a link, just download a similar program like Gimp. It's like photoshop, but free and the interface is a lot simpler, so you're more likely to pick up skills/techniques faster.
You just have to download it, then search for available serial codes that will work for that version of photoshop. When you download it and such, they should be like free trial or serial number. Click serial number and paste the code. Basically, just search around for serial codes, and if you have it downloaded already with the trial expired, then it won't work.
