I'd prefer all genre as long as it's good and not cliche.
>>Heartless City/Cruel City: it deals with lots of underworld stuff and mafias and idk but I feel like this drama can be a lot of help to you. Everything is just so dark and gruesome but it's well-written
>>Ghost/Phantom: this drama is about Police Cyber Agency and a lot of dead people and there are many cases. And after watching it, I feel like I wanna learn how to hack stuff bc it looks so cool. The police team has a dynamic like GZ but I wished they spotlight and little more on that but it's still an awesome drama.
>>Vampire Prosecutor (season 1, 2): yes, vampire. Not the Twilight but the vampire is a prosecutor who solve murder cases and it's not that bloody although still bloody and this drama will forever remain as my favorite. I'm just in love with the acting and the suspense and mysteries (the ending of season 1 and 2 killed me) WHO IN THE WORLD IS _______? (i'm just gonna leave it as that)

>>The Queen's Classroom: FINALLY. Something that's not about murders and killers but this is kinda depressing actually so brace yourself. The new students of 6th grade gets a new teacher but soon finds out that she's a devil and THE CHILD ACTORS ARE AMAZING. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING OKEI.
>>Special Affairs Team 10: EXTREMELY GORY. EXTREMELY BLOODY. EXTREMELY HORRIFYING but SOOOO GOOD.. It's takes all the mysteries and suspense in this drama and WHERE IS SEASON 2?!?!?
so yeah, these are all the police, mysteries, suspense k-dramas that I've watch and idk if you like them but I feel like there are some parts in each of the drama that would go so well with GZ like I can see the drama when I read GZ.

BECAUSE ALL THESE SEEM TO BE KOREAN RECS ill give u atashinchi no danshi C: if ur in for some comedy that is~~hana kimi is the Japanese version of to the beautiful you and its funnier in my opinion (don't misunderstand...I LOVE SM OK) kurosagi is a swindler more serious drama (I just realized all of these have horikita maki in them...LOL) 1 litre of tears = u will literally cry 1 litre of tears TT^TT umm...don't kno if youll like it but...baking king kim tak gu :> its pretty dramatic and stuff and kindaasdfghjkl;l but...yea anyways ill stop nao~~
There are a loooooot I like but my favorites are definitely The Thousandth Man (but tbh it's because of Infinite mostly), Shut Up Flower Boy Band (again, Infinite) and Innocent Man/Nice Guy. ;u;
