【 PERSONALITY 】promiscuous girl - "hey baby, how about we leave this party and find somewhere more...comfortable?"  yep, that's right, jinseul is quite the seductress. most men would fall head-over-heels for her with her sultry voice and troublemaking ways. she has no problems with flirting with guys and tempting them to sleep with her. she's gone through multiple boyfriends--at the same time. she's always stood out from her best friends--while they were busy fawning over guys and studying hard, she was slacking off in class and getting herself into trouble. her friends (but mostly natsumi) had to work hard to get her on track and even though their tactics worked for a while, her promiscuous side is still there.

can't be tamed - "kwon jinseul! you stop that this instant! i catch you sneaking wine out of the cellar again and you're out to live by yourself, you got that? i don't give a about what the public will say, if i want you out, you will be out!" notoriously wild and reckless, jinseul has no inhibitions whatsoever. her parents had wished for her to be a cultured young girl who would become some type of high-society hostess or philanthropist, following the family traditions.  jinseul did the exact opposite, refusing to follow the wishes of her parents. many have compared her to a wild animal, unpredictable and a tad bit intimidating. if you tell her to do one thing, she'll do the exact opposite for no other reason than to make a point or piss you off. she's extremely impulsive to a fault, always deciding to act based on her instincts instead of thinking it through. this often causes her to make mistakes and cause accidents, though she doesn't regret them. life is too short for that. 

life of the party - "the party don't start 'till i walk in." a frequent visitor of nightclubs and high-society parties filled with unimaginable scenarios and unprecedented events better kept secret, jinseul has gotten used to being in the limelight. instead of becoming a classy lady married to some other old-money family at a young age, she became quit infamousl in south korea for her partying and drinking. since her family was well-known for being proper and having sticks up their asses, jinseul was a wonder to the public and especially tabloids. she's often involved in scandals and gossip

sassafrass - "aren't you supposed to be grounded? why are you going out clubbing?" ", please. i can do whatever i want." definitely not one to sit around mundanely and act like a boring little miss, jinseul has a wicked sense of humour with just the right amount of sarcasm and a touch of sass. if she's in a mood or if someone annoys her, they're going to get a taste of her dark sense of humour. jinseul can also be labled as sassy, lively, bold, and full of spirit. her parents, however, don't appreciate her perky personality and labled it as rudeness.

headstrong - "no. you're going to do it my way, you got that?" what jinseul wants, she's gonna get it. nobody stands in her way, and even the largest, most complicated obstacles fall in her presence. she believes that life is to short to mope around, and that if even if something bad happens to you, it'll all end up all right in the end. if she wants something to happen, it's gonna happen. she prefers things go her way and if they don't, you're gonna have a bad time. jinseul can get a bit demanding at times, but usually, she isn't so bad.

【 A LONG LASTING FRIENDSHIP 】before jinseul had met her five best friends, she had been attending one of seoul's most acclaimed private schools. those who entered hailed from wealthy and well-known families in south korea. new money mingled with old money within the school, and those who graduated were set to become the leaders of their generation. jinseul was quite well-known at this school for her antics and troublemaking ways, and had been suspended many times. she hung out with the worst of the worst, tried drugs, took up smoking and lost her viginity, all at an early age. however, no matter how many times she got herself into trouble to defy the adults and barriers in her life, her parents always used their power and money to get her back into school. this hapzard little pattern continued for a while until in sophomore year, she committed her ultimate sin and slept with a young and attractive music teacher (yep that's leeteuk xD) all the students were fawning over. he was sent to jail for a span of five years for committing adultery with a minor, and she was kept in juvie--until her parents came to get her out, and she got away scot-free. the story did become blown up though, and soon enough every prestigious private school her parents tried to enroll her in wouldn't accept her--saying that she would be bad for the school's reputation and a bad example for the other students. there was only one school that would accept her, so off she went. her first few days, she was isolated and nobody dared go near her, though she knew they were talking about her behind her back. natsumi and her group of friends were the first ones to talk to her, and quickly they realized that she wasn't such a bad person, even though at times she could be a bit of a handful. after becoming best friends with the girls, she started going on shopping outings and hanging out with them most of the time; they took up so much of her time that she no longer had time to go clubbing or sleep with guys as often as before. hell, they even managed to get rid of her addiction to nicotine and she no longer had to rely on cigarettes and booze to get her through her day.

【 IN LOVING MEMORY 】everything started traveling in a downwards spiral after natsumi's death. sure, they still hung out a few times the year that she died, but everyone knew that eventually they would start to float apart and go on about their own business, since natsumi had really been the one holding everyone together. like the other girls, jinseul was absolutely devastated. the summer before her freshman year at seoul university was supposed to start, jinseul fell from grace, and instead of being the angel she had been for the majority of her high school life, she became the she-devil she had once been. and cigarettes were her best friends, alcohol was her guardian, and partying was her lover. her parents checked her into rehab after she came home one night drunk at her worst, home from a wild night out. she had been stumbling her way home when her brother drove up the street, recognized her, and shuttled her home. deprived of nicotine and booze, she now became more reliant on and slep with guys frequently. jinseul, however, hadn't thought to use protection every single time because she thought she was safe on the pill. she discovered later on that she had been impregnated--by who, she had no clue at all. her whole family was in hysterics and decided to disown her, and once again, she was on the front page of most tabloids. she now lives in a little flat with what little money she had saved over. her bank account had been closed, and her father had cut all her credit cards apart. she was left broke and helpless, her only friend being her brother, who occasionally visits and lightens her mood. she started university with a bad reputation on her shoulders and only a few friends to act as her support. your character's life after natsumi died. aka your character's current lifestyle here. 

【 TRIVIA 】her favorite types of movies are horror, action, and mystery. she has a habit of biting her lower lip when flustered or nervous (which isn't very often). jinseul is recovering from smoking and alcohol abuse, and has decided to not touch a smoke or a drink after she found that she was pregnant. she's contemplated getting an abortion, but doesn't know if that's the right idea. she loves photography and solving puzzles, and her favorite drink is a long island iced tea and enjoys sailing. her former parents are also not aware of the fact that she stole the keys to all of their vacation houses around the world and when the semester ends at university, she often flies to one of the vacation houses with a few friends or a boyfriend. her brother is also a rather famous utaite who occasionally sends her checks with large sums of money because he knows her bartending job doesn't pay much. 

【 FAMILY 】

kwon haeyan | 58 | father | entrepreneur;philanthropist | if you looked up the word 'intimidating' in a dictionary, you'd see kwon haeyan's photo next to the definition of the word: to frighten or overawe someone, usually to make them do what one wants. he'd be giving the camera his trademark cold scowl, looking fierce and untouchable all at once. haeyan lives true to his family name, he's like a dragon--relentless in the business world and he doesn't take no for an answer. he's always had a strained relationship with his children because he was too preoccupied with his work to play or have fun with them. like most high-society philanthropists, he gives to the poor and unfortunate despite being a bit of an arrogant prick at times. he has tuberculosis and could die at any moment. his wife expects to receive all of his riches and land, but doesn't know that he has written a will that states all his posessions and money, including his company, will be going to his son subae. he does have regrets about disowning jinseul and wants her back in the family.

im miyun | 33 | step-mother | humanitarian;philanthropist | miyun is all about family and doing things for the good of her childen--but only if the family is perfect. jinseul was the dysfunctional family member, and so miyun insisted that she be disowned. haeyan's first wife had melted his heart and made him fall in love--but she died after overdosing on sleeping pills. he quickly remarried to miyun, because at first she reminded him of his first wife. he later on discovered that miyun was nothing like his first wife, hana. she's in it for the money that she'll receive when haeyan dies. aka, a young gold digger only twelve years older than haeyan's oldest child. she's always disliked jinseul because she wasn't the perfect young lady, and simply wanted her out of the house. jinseul has tried multiply times to get miyun kicked out of the house, but her father always ends up protecting miyun.

kwon subae | 21 | brother | student;utaite | an artsy rebel, subae has never been one to follow others, instead, he's an independent leader who likes to spend time alone with his art and music. he does have many friends because of his witty and boisterous personality and positive outlook on life. subae and jinseul have always been pretty close, and while their parents refused to acknowledge jinseul's existence after they formally disowned her and kicked her out of the house, subae still keeps in contact with her and often visits her.

【 THE SIX BEST FRIENDS 】

guardian angel | jinseul was always closest to natsumi in this group because she, although she wasn't going through the same things as jinseul, somehow managed to understand her turmoil and was ultimately the reason that jinseul had been able to get off of alcohol and stop partying so much. around natsumi, she always felt safe and protected, and that she had nothing to be afraid of. whenever jinseul had family issues or guy issues, she always went to natsumi first before talking about it with her other friends.

-- hardworker | although the two were different, jinseul and the hardworker struck up a good friendship. jinseul kept the hardworker company, and the hardworker helped her with her studies. she's the only one that jinseul still talks to on a regular basis. jinseul feels a bit of pity for the hardworker because she knows that she has been working very hard at her company, but is desperate for a promotion that doesn't seem to come. she's offered many times to send the hardworker money, but the hardworker always refused to take her family's money.

diligent bookworm | the bookworm and jinseul had a strained relationship, even though they were best friends. jinseul believed in a carefree life of partying and having fun while the bookworm believed that working, studying, and education were the top priorities. jinseul never really understood the bookworm and how she could go so long just snuggled up in her room with her mountain of books. 

naive romantic | jinseul has a special relationship with this girl. they were such opposites because she was naive about romance while jinseul was experienced and didn't believe in true love. however, they were still pretty similar. jinseul liked to think of her as a little sister going through boy problems, and loved helping her with them. jinseul thinks of this girl as the younger sister she's always wanted but never had.

grieving bestfriend | ever since they first met, jinseul felt that the grieving bestfriend was a bit too stoic and emotionless for her liking. she later on discovered that she was a good friend--just a bit quiet and stoic at times. around the grieving bestfriend, she used to crack jokes and act cheery to make her happier.

park jiyeon | 20 | friend | student;go go dancer | jiyeon usually carries around a bright and happy demeanor, and can be a bit childish in her antics. she's not a rebel like jinseul, but is also quite the seductress. she won't turn down a hot guy's offer to sleep with him, but always makes sure to use protection. definitely not as much of a risk-taker as jinseul, she makes sure she's safe before she takes action. she's jinseul's best friend at university and has a tiny crush on jinseul's older brother.

【 PERSONALITY 】himchan has a rather unique personality. he's quite the player, yet he respects everybody, girls and his superiors alike. he tries to listen to what everybody has to say and is an understanding guy in general. he acts like a "bad boy" and loves all the attention he gets from the drooling girls. he's kinda vain, but sweet on the inside. he would never be a douche or force himself on a girl if they didn't like it. - personalities for himchan and dongwoo are the same.

【 RELATIONSHIP 】around each other, they're rather open and share most of their secrets. however, jinseul has yet to tell him that she's pregnant with another man's child because she's afraid of how he'll react to her dilemna. they're pretty close friends, but are confused about whether they're just friends or something else.

【 FIRST MEET 】they first met in highschool. himchan was pretty well known for messing around with girls, receiving lots of head, but never having with them. jinseul was different. she would also mess aorund with guys, but sometimes went all the way with them, because hell, life is short, so why not? in a twisted way, they were rivals. himchan was the guy who jinseul desperately wanted to but never got a chance to because he was always surorunded by girls. always. when she found out that he was going to attend the same university as her, she nearly had aheart attack. they ended up working at the same bar, and slowly bonded.
