Personality:
Charlotte doesn't have a single funny bone in her body. She's known as the strictest managers in SM Entertainment, which is what made MNET and SBS ask her to join K.N.S. Lottie has an extremely short temper and the slightest thing, like touching her papers, can set her off into a furious mess of yelling. She's always punctual and is usually buried in work everyday. The SM manager also tends to overreact to the littest things, like a small slip up, and her anger is often pointed towards poor interns. Along with her uptight and hostile persona, Char is highly competitive and does whatever she can to manage the most successful stars in the music industry. So far, she's succeded and is also known for her great management.
Background:
Char's parents are currently living in Taipei, running a Korean restaurant with the help of some of Charlotte's income. She moved to Seoul at the age of fifteen with her older brother, Kevin, after they both passed the SM global audition in China. There, the two siblings trained separately and in the end, twenty year old Kevin left SM to pursue an acting career, eventually joining a well-known acting agency. Lottie stayed at SM and trained for six years, four years spent on trying to debut and two years spent on being a manager's assistant. Not much is known about Charlotte's past because she was involved in a car accident that left some of her childhood blank in her mind.

Henry Lau》 24》 Lovers》 Overprotective of Lottie, Loves skinship, is outgoing and speaks his mind, often drags Lottie around, making her laugh at his antics. He's also extremely passionate about music and is usually very focused when working》 Henry was Charlotte's only friend during her trainee days. He helped her by teaching her how to dance because the way the choreographers taught them was hard to follow. In the end, Charlotte enter the business part of SM the same time Henry debuted with Super Junior-M. She liked him for his kindness, humor, and how he was there for her after her brother left.
