ya know, now that I think about it, if this is really how the companies treat the idols, then it's very similar to how Motown records treated their talent back in the day and how hockey players were treated by the owners prior to the formation of the Player's Union

not sure if I buy the secrets that are specific to each group (a few of them probably are true, though)
for the stuff relating to how the idols are treated by their companies and what not: what did you expect?
we, the fans, might treat them like they're idols, but to the company they're just like any other worker that has to work hard to get paid. with dozens of people waiting in the wings for the current idols to fade so they can get their chance, the idols can't act like drama queens/kings and they can't afford to let any sickness or injury hold them back. it's "go go go" 24/7 if they wanna stay on top (that doesn't leave much time for sleep/food/a life outside work). honestly, it's not a healthy way to live, physically or mentally.
naturally, friendships between companies & idols are going to be hard. they're going after the same basic target audience to buy their product so that their company will keep them around (bring enough cash into the company to be kept around). if you're friends with someone in another group/company, you can' have that great a friendship when you're kind of happy people bought your stuff over their stuff (well, not a healthy friendship anyway)
pretty much, the whole "other" section seems like no brainers to me

wel... Heechul is straight.... I knew it... the scandal Heechul 'kissing' Jungmo from T-Rax.... Jungmo said that 'it's only for the fanservice' thing...and Heechul doesn't kiss him it's only a 'lip-touching' thing... Jungmo said that before doing it He asked for permission from Jungmo and some other people(like the crew or producer or some kind of them)
and the new member of group are recieving an ingoring from the members... it maybe because they kind of envy maybe ? they're being a trainee and work so hard to debut and then the company decided to ad new members.. usually the new members is nto really a long time beign a trainee,Like Kyuhyun as a new member of SJ(he enters SJ on 2006 I guess) and recieving a cold attidude by the members Kyu said that he only recieving a nice attidude by some members.. well the other was beign a trainee like for many years and Kyu was beign a trainee like so short years..(like 3 months or something I can't remember lol)
well.. it's true that rivalry in KPOP is getting harder and harder ther're not chilling in those kind-of competition.. it's kinda like 'if you chill you're going to lose you're popularity'
