ARE THEY THE SAME?

LIKE, KYUHYUN IS CHO KYUHYUN WHILE JONGHWAN (100%) IS JO JONGHWAN. DO THEY HAVE THE SAME SURNAMES, THEN? OR THE TWO SURNAMES ARE DIFFERENT FROM EACH OTHER?

They have the same surname. The romanization is the difference.

I think they're different..ut Jo Jonghwan has the same surname as Jo Youngmin and Jo Kwangmin from Boyfriend. :)
