[ 1 ] How many fics have you started? (No matter how few it is, you can give yourself a pat on the back for demonstrating initiative.)
Nine.

[ 2 ] How many fics have you completed? (Now, if it’s greater than zero, you can give yourself another pat on the back for demonstrating commitment.)
Five.

[ 3 ] What is your very first fic? What inspired and motivated you to write it? How do you feel and what do you think about it now?
"You Again!?" Inspiration came from romcom K-dramas. I watched too many a few years back and cute scenes just started to build up in my mind and I wrote it all out. What motivated me was to share it with others. I thought I had some good ideas and I wanted to share them.
Now reflecting on the fic... I'm a bit regretful but also very grateful. Regretful because it's very flawed and a tad generic with a rushed ending... But more than that, I am grateful. I received a lot of love and support and those readers gave me the confidence to keep writing.

[ 4 ] Which fic of yours do you think is the most well written? Why?
"Finding Purpose" It's shorter than my other stories but it's also more complex and dynamic. I don't really consider myself a great writer, but finishing that story and taking a step back to look at it, made me feel like one. The subject matter is also very personal to me and I think I did a good job sharing the story I wanted to with my limited abilities.

[ 5 ] Which fic of yours do you think is the most poorly written? Why?
"You Again!?" The generic title alone can indicate why... it was my first fic.

[ 6 ] Which fic is your favorite out of the ones you’ve written? Why?
A tie. I really like "The Leaf and the Legends" but I'm attached to "Finding Purpose." Both are different, while FP is all angst and reality, TLATL is lighter and fantasy based. They have their own charms and I have had fun writing them both.

[ 7 ] Which fic is your least favorite out of the ones you’ve written? Why?
Currently, I'm not having fun with "The Time Trials" so it's my least favorite. I don't like it when I start a story then stop because I can't think of what to write next. Generally, anything on 'Hiatus' from me is my least fav.

[ 8 ] Which character that you’ve written (does not have to be an OC; can be your portrayal of an idol) do you believe most closely resembles you?
It's a mixture of Gyuri from "Finding Purpose" and Lyn from "The Leaf and the Legends." Not physically but mentally, both characters share some similar qualities with myself. Like Gyuri, I believe my life to be mundane and boring and I want out at times. And like Lyn, I believe irl I'm a sidekick figure. I'm also very realistic about things but I also want my own adventure, just... on my own terms, the way Lyn does. And the Lyn-Mina relationship is actually based on my own relationship with my best friend. But even though they do share some characteristics with me, they are very different from myself. I'm not nearly as adventurous or bold, and they are characters I think lots of people could find some similarities with.

[ 9 ] What are the most common topics and themes that dominate your stories?
Light romance & Slice of life. I'm kinda all over the place, but these are my two main themes/genres. Either paired together or paired with another genre, I'm more suited to these two story types, I think.

[ 10 ] What do you think are your strengths when it comes to writing? Be specific.
Vocabulary? Honestly, I think it's my vocabulary that is my biggest strength. I do tend to reuse words a lot but I think I have a knack for using the right words at the right time. I'm also good at imagining things? Scenes often play out in my head pretty clearly and it helps when writing dialogue.

[ 11 ] What do you think are your weaknesses when it comes to writing? Be specific.
Everything else. However, my biggest weakness is my ever-present self doubt. It prevents me from writing days at a time and it's hard to suppress.

[ 12 ] In what ways do you think you have improved since you first began writing fan fiction?
My grammar has improved. And I think my writing style is better as well. My characters also aren't as paper thin as they used to be.

[ 13 ] In what ways do you think your writing reflects you?
It reflects my current state of mind. Most stories that I write on my own initiative, (i.e. not stories I write for contests) are thought up in terms of scenes. One scene comes to me and then another and they build up and I connect them and turn it into a story. So yeah, most stories reflect my current state of mind or things that have built up in my head. However, the theme of veering from the norm, and going on an adventure is one I personally wish for myself. So the stories that deal with this idea or theme reflect my own desire for adventure.

[ 14 ] Why do you write?
I write purely to get the stories in my head, out. I've also begun to really enjoy it to the point that it has become a new hobby of mine. A creative outlet that allows me to share my ideas with others.

[ 15 ] How do you evaluate yourself as a writer? How do you define your success a writer?
Based upon feedback I receive and my own opinion, I think I'm average as a writer. Which is good since writing is currently just a fun hobby of mine.

As for success, I think being able to properly tell the story I wanted to tell is a sign of success for me as a writer. Getting across ideas and presenting them in a way that is entertaining is already hard to do, but if you're able to do that and also share the story the way you hoped you could, then that is great success in my eyes.

[ 16 ] What do you think it means to be a writer?
I think it means to be a story teller.
