40 private practice rooms, cafeteria, fitness, studio, band practice room, dance practice room, producer's rooms.

1F lobby, FNC officers are having meetings. FNC artists' music is being played. English is heard in a table, new drama casting information is heard from another table.
B2, personal practice rooms, 10~20 square meters each, total 40 rooms. left side is for men, right side is for women. Very well soundproofed. They can shout or sing out loud.
From one of rooms, AOA Seolhyun is taking private English lesson, it looks like an English institute.
