Orders? Seriously!

So my latest project is the head hugger, which I patterned after this with some major modifications. I don't have a model or rather I can't model it for you guys lol so here is my...er...pattern.

95 ch (main color: green), sl st to join by being careful not to twist

Round 1: ch3, skip st, *dc, ch1, skip stitch, dc* all around, sl st to join with 2nd ch in the first st

Round 2-3: ch3, *dc over, ch1, skip st, dc over, ch1, skip st, dc under* all around, sl st to join with second chain in the first st

(just improvise if you can't complete the repeat (* *) coz I just went on ahead without a concrete pattern)

Round 4: change color (white), follow round 1 instruction

Round 5: ch4, *skip st, tc in next 2 sts, dc back to the skipped st*( I am not certain but I think this is what they call a cluster stitch; I got this pattern in the forever21 knock off scarf pattern of the stingy stitcher)

Round 6: change to green; follow round 5 instructions but turn it over (backside in front)

Round 7: round 5 instructions with the front side up

Round 8: round 5 instructions with the back side up

Round 9-10: ch3, dc all around

Round 11 onwards: ch3, *skip st, dc, ch1*

When you are contented with the length of the 3/4 of your head hugger, start decreasing st using the other color

Lol. This is my first attempt to write a pattern and I know it looks complicated but it is not really. I don't have a multicolored yarn so instead of the pattern she made, I added texture in mine, otherwise it would look flat and dull.

I am reslly happy with this creation that I wore it to the institute today, lol. Well, mom caught me before that and was berated for it. I should be doing my thesis, she tells me. Anyway, in contrast to my mom's response, my unnies and aunts even oppas and gay friends loved it. One wants me to make more and sell them. One wants to have mine. And two are requesting that I make theirs lol. One wsnts a Bible cover, the other a laptop cover. Whew. I would love to makeit for them. It is just that i don't have the money for it and i can't really ask them to pay me. They volunteered to pay in kind, like food but I just laughed with them. I never promised anything cos it seems like my hobby is turning out to be another job without pay.

Just like in stories, I can't seem to write one for others even as gifts... Even with graphics, so if I make one for a friend, it is not requested but just given freely.

Sigh. At least i was able to make a tiara for my unnie.

I guess the others got envious lol. But this unnie is the most demanding. She wants a sweater. Lol.

But even before today, Margot asked me to make a red pancho for her when she saw me doing the violet shrug/shawl. Problem is, there is no red yarn here. Hahahahaha xD

What do they say when you do something you like?
