Question: Why "Friend" Me?

Hi everyone!

Recently, I've been receiving a lot of friend requests and it kind of made me curious as to why? I mean, some of you, I've chatted with via wallpost, PMs and comment replies. But for the others I haven't chatted with, I'm curious. 
Is it because you like friending authors you like? Because you want me to read your blog posts?
Also, after I accept friend requests (I pretty much accept everyone), I still don't get any sort of communication? I don't know, the idea of 'friending' seems to be different on AFF?

I'm not trying to fish for compliments or anything, I'm genuinely curious.

So, um, yes, also consider this a chance to start chatting with me if you should so please :) I like to think I'm a friendly person. I reply to wall posts and PM's much more frequently than comments on my stories (Ohmygod the backlog) soo yeah :)

its just that some people r socially retarded.... like moi. wahahahahha
can u believe it took me a year before i started to talk to other osms. ive known dee and mya much longer before i even had the guts to get close to them. wahahahhaaha so yeah~ ^^ you're amazing and people tend to want to be friends with cool and osm person ;)

Well I friended you because I really enjoy your writing and yeah. The reason why I didn't comment on your wall saying, "Thanks for accepting my request!" or anything like that was cause I was worried that it might annoy you or something...
