Clothing style: 

• "Work": He wears black trousers and a white shirt tucked neatly. He wears his special shoe- a worn out white sneakers that his father gave him on his 15th birthday.
• Leisure: He wears printed tee with skinny jeans, covered up with a black hoodie and high-top all-black sneakers. Sometimes he wears long-sleeved tees and knee-length jeans with his slip-on canvas sneakers.

Background: Since his childhood, the Carnival has always been a part of his life. The House of Mirrors fascinated him. He was amazed by how a mirror can change him so much. Since his sister left him for her "new life", he becomes extremely distanced, and hides in the House for a long time, only to come out for supper and slumber. His father and mother was unable to pull him back to reality for several years, and he rarely visits home. But when he did, after a long time, visited his house, it was dusted. He immediately felt guilty and started to live there again. His obsession came back again when his father died. He sulks and never left the House of Mirrors. His friend Starlight, after hours of searching him, finally found him hidden in a difficult corner, passed out, with tears still b on his eyes. After that, he became distracted from conversations and is usually found out staring into space, ignoring the world, and lost in his thoughts. Ever since he found out about the mysterious notes that is located in the House of Mirrors, he is becoming more social.

  Byun Jae-sun was none other than Baekhyun's father. He is stern, but if he likes you he will always make you laugh with his amusing jokes and his grinning face. He died at the age of 45, when Baekhyun was 15 years old. He was killed in a hit-and-run car crash. Baekhyun was extremely devastated by this occurance. He mildly dislikes Baekhyun's sister because of her snobbiness, but he tried to help her regain her original personality. He is an honest man and has a large view of what is good and what is evil.

  Byun Ah-reum is Baekhyun's mother. She is famous for her "eye-smile" and her independent side. She is slightly hostile to all rich and snobby families because her first love, who was a snobby rich kid, proposed to her and then immediately took it back for another rich and snobby girl. She was more devastated than Baekhyun about her husband's death, but she quickly regained her strength and encourages her children to do the same. She is still trying to have her daughter's original personality back. Very close to Baekhyun.

  Hwa-young is a misdirected girl, and she is also Baekhyun's sister. She is blinded by love and jealousy, and the desire to be known and ultimately, to be loved. She may look like a playgirl to you, but in reality, she's not. She never loved her boyfriend, at all, it's just that she wants herself to be known. Distances herself from her family, because she feels that they don't understand her opinions and her ways. Results in meeting her family usually ends in bickering and slamming the doors. She was sad her father was dead, but after his memorial she went out to a nightclub to forget all her worries.

Personality: Baekhyun is generally a really nice guy. He is honest, but when he thinks his comments would hurt the particular person, he keeps it to himself. He is a bright man with a genuine smile plastered on his face. But if you notice, he seems distracted all the time, and is usually seen staring in the space, lost in his thoughts. He believes that in every person, there's a light side of him/her. But he finds it now difficult to grasp on because of his father's untimely death, that is caused by a hit-and-run accident, and the person who did that was plain sinister. He keeps his imperfections to himself and hides it very well. He is a mild Perfectionist to everything that he sees.

• Love: Baekhyun has never under-estimated the power of love. He believes that its strength was more powerful than the power of hatred.
• Honesty: Baekhyun prefers dark truths than bright but deceiving lies. He dislikes being kept in the dark, he hates it. 
• Perfection: Baekhyun values perfection- even though he truly doesn't know what it is really. His current view of perfection: sweet, nice, innocent, pure, good-looking.

Hobbies:

• Singing-- it always have been his talent and his hobby.
• Walking around the Carnival-- he is amazed by the new surprises that awaits him.
• Writing-- he usually create poems that is based on the carnival.

  He hated, feared speeding cars from the moment his dad died. He always thought that all of it was reckless, not caring about any other. His fears was also that his whole family would be killed by a passing, speeding car.

  Who doesn't? He was always scared that his "Perfect" image will be ruined by his various humanly "imperfections". 
   

*More random facts:

• Baekhyun was close to his older sister before she left for fame and richness. He secretly hoped that she would come back, and tell him that all these years it was just some stupid joke she invented for her family, and hug him again.
• Baekhyun can be hostile and sarcastic if he is in his bad mood. He is also sometimes lazy and arrogant. At those times, he usually tends to forget his "Perfection". He will usually punish himself by not going out of his house and not eating.
