So, while worrying bout my first day of school tomorrow, I come across the MV on my Facebook. My face is like OoO *click* XD

I also figured out why the MV was delayed. On Tumblr, there was a rumor that said "The SPY MV contained blood and guns" {I'm paraphrasing of course}. I literally said out loud when I saw the Music Video, "So the Ministry of banning things really did inspect the video" X3 Kekeke, I'm just happy it was finally released :D
