Hello!

Well uhm this blog post isn't meant for me.

One of my readers asked me to promote this facebook page that her group was working on and I thought it was rather meaningful.

Basically, Thirsty For Change is a campaign is run by a group of students.

This campaign targets the issue of clean water, trying to raise awareness about the lack of water sanitation in developing countries.

As a group, they plan to raise money which will contribute to the building of a well in a country that needs it.

That was what she told me.

So in case some of you guys who are younger don't know what is water sanitation, the dictionary meaning from google is this:

Imagine when you want to drink water you just open your tap and boil.

When you want clean water to bathe you just go to the bathroom.

When you want to ahem do your business in the toilet you just go there to take a .

But there are some kids and people in other less fortunate countries that don't have this privilege and  luxury to do so.

Sometimes I think we take things for granted. The things we have around us. There are times when things hit me when I eat a single french fry from Macdonalds and I'm like...hey the kids somewhere else may never have eaten this before.

Hence I find her project really interesting and I'm promoting it right here. Please help? (:
