Personality: She comes off as shy and quiet at first, but is actually just contemplative and likes listening rather than talking. She's a fun and thrill lover, making her not scared of much. She's friendly and fun, getting along with almost everyone, and is someone all her friends trust to keep their secret. In this respect she's a great friend and advice giver, being extremely open and honest with her opinion. However, she never trusts any one with her innermost feelings, scared of what others will think of her. *~Background~*

Past: Andie is born and bred American, growing up in New Jersey. She was born into a pretty well-off family. Not rich, but bit above average for sure. She has a younger brother, who she doesn't get along the best with. Her parents always had high expectations for her, which in turn became her own high expectations. So, she pushes herself to do as many activities as she can, including dance, gymnastics, diving, speech team, volunteering, and staying at the top with academics. Because of this, her schedule is crammed, so when she can go out and have fun, she tries to enjoy it to the absolute fullest. She has some family issues, however. Her parents are completely opposite people who probably would've gotten divorced early on if it wasn't for Andie and her brother. This caused them both to grow up surrounded by arguments and knowing the fact that their parents were going to be divorced some day eventually. Andie accepted the fact early and is ok with it since she knows both her parents love her, but this still causes some side effects, including Andy not being very trusting with others with her own feelings, but completely trustworthy for others. She also hates being involved in petty arguments and unnecessary drama.

Andie was relatively reserved throughout elementary school, but after starting middle school and then throughout high school, she started becoming more talkative and interactive, mainly because of all her different activities. She was mainly involved in gymnastics throughout elementary school and middle school, but after a semi-serious knee injury she switched to dance and diving instead due to her parents' urging. In high school, she was never a part of the super popular, but had a nice circle of friends.

Family: [Mother] Pengli Zhang | 51 | Chinese | IT Manager | Andie is extremely close to her mom since they are very similar in interests and personalities. Her mother extremely supportive of Andie in all situations, and encourages her to try new things and go out and meet people. 

[Father] Haoran Liu | 53 | Chinese | Programmer | Andie's relationship with her father is a bit more rocky since they have clashing personalities. Her father is extremely organized at all times, as well as a bit strict. They argue a lot, but in the end they can usually compromise and work out their different opinions. Although he prefers everything to be structured and have a clear purpose, he also encourages Andie to try new things.

[Younger Brother] Anton | 15 | American-Born-Chinese | High school student | Andie doesn't get along very well with her brother, who's extremely smart and a gamer. They used to be closer when they were little, but they slower started drifting further and further apart until every time they see each other, they usually end up in an argument. Anton is extremely sharp with his tongue, causing them to argue a lot. 
 

How did you discover Super Junior?: Because Andie is fluent in chinese, her parents encouraged her to watch chinese television shows and dramas to help her maintain and improve it. She discovered Super Junior-M on a chinese variety show, and after looking into them, officially became an ELF.
 

Relationship: Andie's been in multiple relationships throughout high school, but none were very serious. Most lasted from a couple of weeks to couple of months. She only had one serious relationship that lasted for a year before they broke apart.
Who?: Andie's one serious relationship:  Trevor | 19 | They used to be pretty good friends when Trevor asked Andie out to homecoming senior year after they started having mutual feelings for each other during the summer. Afterwards, they officially started dating throughout their senior year. Their relationship started to lose its spark after a while even though they were still on good terms. During the summer, they decided to just break it off and be friends because they would be heading off to different places, and they really didn't feel anything towards each other besides friendship anymore. They separated on good terms and still kept in contact from time to time, even though things were a bit awkward afterwards.

Counterpart: Henry
Why are you their counterpart?: They both have their persona as cute. And even though hip-hop isn't Andie's strongest area, she's still an extremely talented dancer. She's great at piano, and even teaches in the summer. She picked up violin just because of Henry. She's also similar to Henry based on the fact that she's Chinese-American while Henry is Chinese-Canadian.
 

Who is your favorite in Super Junior?: Henry, and also Heechul for his 4D personality
 

How do your parents feel about you being in Super Girls?: They were skeptical about it at first because they were concerned about whether or not it would be a productive thing to do with her time and if it'd be worth it, but after a lot of convincing that Andie truly wanted to do it, they agreed.
